- Helloooo Travelers! We did something different just for you guys! For the next two days we take you on an adventure as we Escape to Margaritaville at Sea Paradise Where the Sun, Sea, and Booze Collide!
Margaritaville at Sea is a tropical-themed cruise experience that combines the laid-back atmosphere of Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville with the excitement of a Caribbean vacation. The ship features a variety of amenities and activities to suit all ages and interests, as well as an exclusive stop at Freeport, Bahamas.
Onboard the ship, guests can relax by the pool, sip on frozen drinks at the Margaritaville bar, or catch a live music performance at the open-air theater. The ship also features a fitness center and spa for those seeking to stay active and rejuvenated.
Dining options on the ship include several Margaritaville-themed restaurants, serving up Caribbean-inspired cuisine and signature cocktails. Guests can also enjoy a variety of other dining options, including a steakhouse, It's Five O'Clock Somewhere Bar, and casual buffet.
During the stop in Freeport, guests can explore the beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas. Excursions are available for snorkeling, fishing, and other water activities, as well as tours of the island's natural and cultural attractions. We found the sharks right next to the ship! There are a few shopping opportunities, with local vendors selling handmade crafts and souvenirs.
In the evening, the ship comes alive with a variety of entertainment options, including live music, comedy shows, and dance parties. Guests can also try their luck at the onboard casino.
Overall, Margaritaville at Sea offers a quick, casual, and relaxing vacation experience that combines the best of Caribbean cruising with the laid-back vibe of Margaritaville. Whether you're looking to unwind or seek adventure, there's something for everyone onboard and in Freeport, Bahamas.

Ya this was the only cruise we could get to fit our timeline. The secret is to go in with an open mind and always try everything you never know what may surprise you. Hope everyone is doing great and can’t wait to see you guys on your upcoming trip
We had a pretty good experience on our cruise back in January.
The second day is much better. This cruise definitely has a certain niche that it falls into. We are going to discuss the cruise and anything else the traveling family want to discuss Wednesday night. Hope to see you there and thank you for your support

I watched Ben & David’s vlog on Margaritaville and I already knew I would NEVER travel on that ship. I know it’s less expensive and you living close to the ports makes little weekend cruise getaways easier. I just would t do it. My boujee tastes would make your opinions seem like compliments. It really turned out to be a different type of cruise but definitely has its market. I can honestly say it was hard being open minded and fair being the other ships we have been on. She is going to do a fantastic job. Congratulations on a 40 year career in nursing. Being a nurse is such a tuff but yet rewarding job. We hope you had a fantastic weekend

I haven't heard good things about these cruises. You should try Virgin Voyages. I went a while back and really liked it.

Sorry your entree was disappointing, Michelle. Not sure how,often they change the menu but we had filet mignon in February and it was delicious
It all turned out alright after she got the burger lol. There are always hits and misses. The Filet does sound fantastic and trust me we would have gotten that at Fins if they had it. Hope you had a fantastic weekend

Oh no! When I saw this video, I immediately became worried. I saw Ben & David’s review of this cruise a few weeks ago and decided we would never go on this ship. Obviously you survived because this video was posted. I’m afraid to watch part two! I bet you missed DCL!
Mary Beth it definitely has a different clientele. With anything there are good points and bad points. We are definitely wanting to try every cruise line. I think Virgin may be our next one. Love DCL but every line has its pros and cons. Hope you are having a fantastic weekend

There were kids. Probably about the same ratio as a royal Caribbean cruise. But it definitely was a different experience. Hope you are doing great my friend.
You cannot pay me enough money to go on this cruise line. It is by far the worst line out there. If I had to give it a name I would call it the dollar store of cruise lines lol. There are much better options out there.

I must say y’al, I wasn’t impressed with Margaritaville cruise ships, decor and the restaurant food. I must be spoiled with Disney cruises. I wasn’t impressed by the looks of your jambalaya, Michelle, imagine only giving you a few pieces of meat! Seriously! I would’ve complained big time! And the cherry on top of your dessert ( excuse the pun!), but to have it taste like an air freshener! No excuse! Thank heavens you had a buffet to fall back on! I know it’s close to you and it’s a little get away, but I would’ve expected a better standard of food in a restaurant! Hope the rest of your cruise is better!
This cruise is definitely different but does have a market it is made for. We live DCL but now that the Wish is the only thing with 3 days it’s hard to get anything last minute. The food is definitely the week spot of this crews and hopefully overtime it will get better. We are definitely planning more cruises on different lines.
I, too would like to explore different cruises and cruise lines. Living in England, I would love to take cruises throughout Europe, both on the Mediterranean, Baltic and Fjords. They also have cruises up the Reine River.
A river cruise is definitely on our wish list. We would also like to take a British isles cruise.
