"Vampire Cutthroats" So i go through the door in the Redwater Den and end up at the fountain. As soon as i fill the Chalice two of the High Vampire come to snuff me and each other to be the one to return it. I end up killing them both and using the chick Vamps Blood to finish the quest. I leave there to travel North to a Bandit Camp to clear out. I been on and off killing as the Vampire Lord and my Human form. I went and cleared a Marsh area of a Witch and a Dragon showed up but after i killed it in Vampire mode it didn't burn up for me to absorb it. I fast travelled to Rifton to finish quests above and down in the Thieves Guild. I was just fast travelling towards my next quest and Bandits were at the Fort i cleared before and i was drinking their Blood trying to upgrade Vampire mode. I ran out of time at the Fort.
