- Returning to the 1400s, the Koopa Kingdom finds itself in disarray after King John Koopa VI collapses unexpectedly. Before, Lord Richard found himself isolated from the Kingdom, as the King's allies did not trust him. Now, his enemies have no king to hide behind.

One thing that I really like about this series is that no character or house is 100% good or evil. Everyone has their own proper motives and beliefs, which truly makes it that much more of a conflict. And there is nothing that showcases this better than the fight between Richard and Rodrick. Both Richard and Rodrick are undisputedly good people, who want the best for the realm, but it’s the people they care about that puts them on opposite sides. I also really like that we see a bit more of a tragic side to Cynder, that she’s basically casted aside and ignored by John. I wouldn’t be surprised if her newborn son is the one person in her life who she truly loves. It shows that behind all her cruelty is a sad and lonely girl who just wants to be accepted. It truly makes her human and not just some generic evil queen who hates sunshine and happiness.
I seriously cannot wait for Part 3 and to see how this story continues. Every episode that comes out is so much fun to work on!

Honestly, I really like this series. All the characters are really complex and it makes them more interesting. Nobody's really good, but nobody's really evil, yet. Especially Thornton. He feels like a slimy eel who has his own agenda and thoughts but doesn't fully express it. He reminds me of Colress. He's the character I'm most interested in along with Rickon, Richard, and Rodrick. All these plot lines are interest to follow along. Can't wait to see where all these things go. Cynder is interesting. She could be a villain but could also just be a tragic person. Sigmund's another one I'm not too sure about. Also Jane and Korrin's relationship is pretty cute and wholesome. Can't wait for the next part.
At last, I meet another Fawful fan. Honestly, I most certainly think that Fawful is a far better antagonist than most others in the Mario Universe. Fawful the Great is my favorite character in the Mario Universe. Can you recommend to me anything I should watch with him in it?

The amount of effort you put into your videos (ESPECIALLY with this series) is truly remarkable. I’ve never seen anything like it for a series with a smaller audience for things on this level. You have lots of my respect and you really know how to make a great story and have lots of people re watch your episodes all the time from how well made and developed they are. If you've researched the Wars of the Roses, the story in which this series took reference from, you'll find out that Lord Richard's situation will end very horribly.
I really like those large Yoshi-looking creatures that fulfills the role of horses of this Medieval Koopa society.
They seem to be based on Both Plessie from SM3DW and Yoshi. In fact, they also appeared in Carl 5-6

Awesome Freezeflame! I sure hope King John will eventually realize Lord Sigmund's incompetence. Sigmund deserved to be locked up in that Black Tower for his incompetence!

I side with Lord Richard because he cares about the people and the kingdom while Lord Sigmund left his army to die.
What a turn of events in the end. I'm on Richard's side all the way to the end. Sigmund is a coward, drinks and does not deserve the King's Claw role.
My thoughts exactly! He lost Nordskal Ridge and presumably Oho Oasis to the Bohnenkraut Kingdom, left his troops to die during the Nordskal Ridge campaign, and had Prince Joseph unfairly arrested. Those are the actions of a coward and a traitor. It really surprises me that he got rewarded for such incompetent decisions he made to become King's Claw and that King John and Queen Cynder don't even recognize his incompetence.
Lord Richard deserves to be the King's Claw. I will never leave Lord Richard's side.

Whenever the battle of Lord Richard & Sir Edrick vs Lord Rodrick & Lord Theodrick comes into play, I picture the Final Fantasy 1 Battle Scene PSP Music playing as the theme for the battle.
This made me appreciate that I was born into a country that isn't a monarchy.

At this point, you almost forget this is a series based slightly on characters from the world of Super Mario. Personally I hope something is done about Queen Cynder by the end of the series.

I think the black star powers are dark magic powers okay. Because each of the stars colors represented their powers, like for example the purple start powers are hypnotic, the yellow stars are lighting or in this case powering stuff up, and the green stars powers are giving people life or healing them. So I wouldn’t be surprised if the black star powers are dark magic power’s
I would think about the Black Star too. Especially either The Shadows or The McQueen Family get their hands on it. Soon the Black Star might appear in season 7.

Jokes aside, this is the best series on this channel and that's saying a lot, probably because I am a fan of series like game of thrones but even then it is extremely well written with plenty of action and your signature humor so it is a nice balance. I am really looking forward to the next episode!

Wait, I thought Godwin was born around the thirteenth century, five months after his father died. Yet in these videos, it’s about the fourteenth or fifteenth century and his father is still alive. So is the timeline just wrong, or did the kingdoms just forget about their history and interpreted it? If it’s none of those, can someone please help me here?
Similar to the name Johann, Godwin was most likely a commonly used name, similar to how Cynder had a brother named Godwin
To shorten it, this is entirely different Godwin than the one mentioned in Ludwig’s Dilemma 1/2

So in this episode we meet jared hawke, an ancestor to travis, jared says he's from the bohenkraut Kingdom, so judging by that, how king Johann found Ludwig after travis came along, and travis' ice powers, I believe travis' secret is

I don’t think Jared said he was from the bohnenkraut kingdom rather his father died IN the Bohnenkraut kingdom, even then Travis being a bohnenkraut spy would easily be disproven given he helped the koopalings steal the green star back (and bowser did kill Johann XVIII) however it does make it more interesting on where travis is truly from (and given he’s most likely a noble as well)

Richard and his allies are 100% in the right here. The kings claw position is his by right and as Torrence said in episode 4: "If Lord Richard had been given his rightful place at the kings side from the begining, none of this would have happened!" Ill support house Sherbert till the end
