after practicing some of these exercises my left and right hook are way faster and stronger i would say 15% thats crazy

It's true! I started my daily kettlebell 16kg only a week ago! Today, I've noticed my punches are super quick and strong just like in my youth! I'm confident after a while of training kettlebell, I can get to the level of my youth, maybe surpass it!

Guys, 16kg is a lot of weight if you are not used to the kettlebell weight especially with the wrist exercise. Just like any KB exercise, start off with a weight that you can handle comfortably to do the exercise right then work your way up when you gain better technique.
