Wonderful video. I’m confused how adding the square makes it easier. I just ended up with a small square in the middle, but still had to weed as I would if I didn’t add the square.
😮❤ this was so awesome!! And I love that you used a stencil with the tiny ( 🌟) details to show how well it worked! The video did cut short but CANT WAIT to try! Thaaaanks!! ❤❤😊😊
Directions on bottle of Strip must be read by each user please..especially due to the label stating not to use on vinyl..yes I do use it on vinyl, along with many others on TH-cam, and I personally have done so with no issue whatsoever, but I do not apply heat and will not due to my own personal safety and preference. Been doing these for quite some time with a certain brand and style cups and bottles, and vinyl, I have never had to heat stencil or score and have had 100% turn out every time. So, um, yep this was new to see.
I saw another TH-camr use this technique and they let it sit for an hour and it etched perfectly. They also did not need to use the heat gun or “score” the design. Scoring the wet item could lead to accidentally puncturing your fingers and a longer time of breathing in the chemicals. Sorry but I think the instructions given here are unsafe and poorly demonstrated.
Tanner can't wait to try this, you guys are so awesome!
Hope you enjoy!
Can you use the burnishing tool to take the stuff off?
Do y’all ever try to use scrub daddy sponges to help remove stubborn coating?
I absolutely love etching with Citristrip! I'm actually giving away a bottle of it inside my giveaway bundle this week!
I think this is a good job. 🎉❤
Glad you think so!
Have you tried this on the dollar tree copper colored tumblers?
Did you score around each star on the flag?
Don’t love that it cut out :( great idea just wish it would have finished

Can you use EZ strip instead of Citrus Strip? I live in Canada and we do not have Citrus strip where I live. Thanks
Thanks for this -great information!! Who is the “Courtney” you referred to several times? You should give her a shout-out. Thanks!!😊
Video stopped before you guys finished? 😢

Could you share you tips and tricks with us then?
Very abrupt ending.
