Even if they aren't rich, 100k can build a very big beautiful home as it's cheaper to build in the villages. This 20 years bond binding situation is the reason most people build back home instead of buying.
Definitely, I know that fact myself that is how I built my home in the village. Let’s keep educating others. Thank you for this comment I am pinning it. 🙏🏾❤️
@@malosemphahlele441 My 2 aunts both built 3 bedroom house 2 baths with at least 100k but definitely less than 150k, the other did that last year within a month it was completed. Obviously your choice of bricks, roofing and window frames will differ and this 100k is to start foundation, walls till rooftop then roofing. All the other fancy things will be extra. Tiled roofing and it's pattern will definitely increase your building amount.
They say"You do not know what you have until it is gone" we are blessed in South Africa and Africa but we are out there chasing after other people. Those houses and the vast land is for the very rich in Europe. They live in flats and apartments and council estates without land outside because the country like the UK hasn't enough land to give away. We need to start appreciating our ancestral lands. God bless.
Very true. I have been there and saw it all. It is this reason I am spreading the word. People needs to see this. Thank you for watching. I appreciate you. 🙏🏾❤️
Very beautiful houses indeed Velile. I would definitely like to have the plans to do something in my rural EC. What impresses me is the common understanding of doing the same structure.
It's already beginning to take form, once they plant more trees and grass, it will become a beautiful neighborhood. Most of those houses look newly built too, can't imagine how beautiful it will look in the next 10 years.
Hi Velile. Today's edition is a poster example of rural development. Absence of tarmac doesn't have to detain people from building beautiful mansions. The tarmac can come later and finish the look. Good to be introduced to the young person who is a trailblazer on her own right. The apple didn't fall far from the tree. 💜
I was blown away and more inspired to keep going. Very well planned villages and a true reflection of what development is. I am super proud. Aah thank you my sister. I was happy to do this with her. She is adorable. 🙏🏾❤️
Wow that village really look beautiful thank you for the inspiring experience biggup to the residents and thanx for giving us such a good tour keep it up.👏👏👏👏😍😍
Velile thanx once more to give us hope in our country l just disappear a while since what was happening in our country power to our Rural communities ❤
This is a great video. In Zim, we're doing the same. People are going to small villages to develop those rather than try to fight to rehabilitate major cities like Harare. That is a very politically toxic endeavor. We hope to attract more high earning tax payers in the future by putting in world class educational and health facilities. for example... a world class Boarding school is planned for one of our developments, and next would be to upgrade the local clinic to a fully fledged research hospital over time.
@Molatelo II Mutare is a cool city with lots of potential. Like you guys in south, we have to fight for devolution of tax administration. We want local municipalities to control the local taxes we pay. But thieving politicians don't want that because they want to steal everything
The way I love rondavel, If I have to build in rural I will make sure I have one of the buildings in rondavel. I will mordenize the inside. I have seen many beautiful mordenized ones and fell inlove.
Me too. I love them and the purpose they serve. I think the trend is more in KZN and Eastern Cape. I noticed North West villages don’t build rondavels.
Hi ma, this is an inspiring content to build beautiful houses. Can you also visit a village in rustenburg called lekgalong. You'll be amazed. Love you and continue inspiring us ❤️
residents are doing their very best and government is nowhere coz all u need is roads and well maintained walkways to make these villages into black suburbs
Spot on, the houses in Rusternburg villages look the same the roof must be tuscany with mixed tiles and you must also have pillars on the garage doors and verandas.
Velile do you narrate this while driving or do you do it after you've taken the video?? I think we should also do videos we can send to you if you don't mind we'll give you all the background information 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I think we should also do videos for her and she'll do the narrating part because she missed Lerome South the ACTUAL beautiful part this would have been a killer video. I can't complain though I'll cover the area and hopefully I can send it to her🙏🏾🙏🏾😭. I know she saw what I'm talking about 💔
I travel for a purpose and do this on my own to deliver authentic content as a content creator. I love traveling and if I have you taking videos for me it will take away the whole reason I am doing this and also interfere with my creativity and ability to explore this country freely. After a few months I wish to go back to areas I have visited before and to see progress on developments and I will contact you to meet with me when I come back. The narrative on Tuscany inspired houses in your area is authentic to me and maybe you can share with us how it happened that houses ended up adopting the same way of building. It’s beautifully curated as if it was a mandate for everyone to build in that style. Let share information . 🙏🏾❤️
Oh yeah I didn't think that through you're doing an extremely good Job... I'm in Joburg now but that's the area I grew up in. Fun fact the place you passed before the Lerome board is called Lerome South and believe e 10 years ago it was just tin houses the discovery of the mine close by and the hard working people changed everything people used to make fun of that area but today it has massive mansions 🙏🏾🙏🏾. Keep up the good work
I truly appreciate your hardworking all for us... Can you please find out of a village that probably has flat roofs I'm more interested in the flat rood because of affordability
Lovely 🏡… it’s would be nice to have small corner shops, new roads layout, pavements layout, lay new turf ( grass ) and playground for children and school
It's a gorgeous aesthetic but I know South African architects who want to gouge their eyes out every time they see a tuscan inspired building in Joburg. It's all they're commissioned to build and Joburg's already oversaturated with them. I'm still patiently waiting for them to create an African aesthetic that spreads throughout the continent and into the history books. 😁
Yah hopefully people who viewing this channel will learn a lot that bind it a waste of money. Rather save up your monthly income than start planning 🏠 than build
This is tribal land and if you understand customary law on tribal land in South Africa, plots are acquired through ancestral lineage. I am talking to those people. If you you trace your lineage to Royal Bafokeng tribe, visit the chiefs in those areas and they will tell you how you acquire land there. Tribal land is free and I say this all the time on my channel.

The yard space is great when you build in the village
Don't be fooled by comments like this, l tried that with 100K it depleted at the end of the foundation phase.
