They needed to make sure that people actually wore out their vehicle tires, so they came up with the Michelin Guide, which gave people maps and trip guides, and they'd point out places of interest to visit and rate restaurants, cafes and etc. The guides were a success, and eventually restaurants/chefs started to compete for good ratings (the 3 stars). To this day that's the most famous rating system, and the 3 stars are very hard to get.

The show really wanted her to be in it so she compromised and said she would appear at the very end. I would classify her as 100% hip hop rap. She has a beautiful singing voice too but her love is definitely spitting bars.
