There are a lot of jobs in China for foreigners, even more if you are bi-lingual in English and Chinese. International internships opportunities are fairly common. Most international companies who have branches in China are looking to hire English speakers.
My friend in this video got offered internships at both XiaoMi and DiDi as a marketing intern. He will share his two secret strategies with you later in the video.
I interviewed with both IBM China and Simon-Kucher & Partners for their internship positions in China. Currently they’re only offering jobs in China for English speakers who are fluent in Chinese.
If all else fails, you can always just teach English in China.

Kaihua Guo hey sorry for getting back to you so late!! Yeah I'm taking most of my courses in Chinese. They're not too bad... I mean homework just takes a little longer, but it's nothing that Google Translate can't fix 😉 If you have decent Chinese, you can do it.

Hi，Delahaye. Are you a native speaker? there is part time English editor position. you know chiese student have to pulish papers in SCI journal. but their English is not very well. Their papers need to be edited by a native speaker. please let me know if you are interested.
Do you need a special visa if you want to do a paid internship? Student visa is only for studying isn't it? (You probably still have a Chinese passport, so for you specifically that probably wasnt a problem.)

Recently i have done my bachelor of Law degree from Pakistan with 72% marks. Now i am willing to start internship in any corporate law firm in china because 1st i have keen interest in corporate Law and secondly china is good country in business so there obviously corporate law firm will be good than pakistan corporate law firm. I am an American before 2021 I will have my bachelors in computer science, my CCNA routing and switching certifications, CompTIA A+ certification, Server plus certification, Security plus Certification, C-Tech Copper Cabling certification, C-Tech fiberoptics certification, and I speak fluent english but am learning Mandarin Chinese. What are the odds I could find a high paying job in China once I have learned fluent Chinese and have graduated? Network Engineer is my goal and I hope to find work here but I am in my 30s now and will be 35 by the time I have my bachelors degree in computer science. My problem here was that I got into trouble in my early twenties and can't get past HR. I am considering other countries. My career is my top priority and already have come very far and still have a ways to go. Plan A is to graduate college this spring and try to get my record expunged as it is from over 10 years ago and try to get a job based on my college degree and CCNA. Plan B If that fails I will work a low job until I have my CCNP. If I am unable to get an entry junior network engineer level position at the point. Plan C I have already started learning Chinese and will be willing to move to Canada or even China to become a network engineer I have already been passed up a good job from an internet service provider that I lost to a less talented person. Plan D is a plan that I can not post in public to become a network engineer. Once I become a network engineer I hope to start a family and get married.
It will assist me for better preparation before a few months later to go to Beijing . Thx for tips

You can apply to IBM in Canada or where ever and then if you felt that you wanted to move to China to work then you can ask to get relocated.

I am applying for a non degree Chinese language and Literature program in Tsinghua and Peking University both next semester. And I have done my graduation in English literature. Could you tell me if non degree language students also get to attend these career fests and if there are any profiles for translation internships or something like that at these fairs?
