@@JUSTANSHKUMAR Mere bhai yaad kr ki for GI on a double bond inside the ring ki condition hoti hai ki bare minimum 8 members hone chaiye ring mein becuz if size of ring will be small then trans isomer will not exist due to high angle strain .......In the given question we have double bond in 6 member ring hence trans isomer will not exist hence GI will not be observed......Hope so it answers your question

Bhaiya at 50:06 You have told the reason that e2 elimination will be more favorable in the second compound due to more availability of hydrogen ( a better probability to attack ) but we check the e2 elimination by acidic hydrogen even in M.S .Chouhan ( Exercis of Alkyl Halides ( Elimination ) in level 2 Comprehension 1 Ques B option S it's the same question but the answer is in the favour of first compound .
And in the first compound it is resonance stabilized compound .

NaNH2 is a strong base, hence it can form an akene which is even more stable
The Br shows mesomeric effect to double bond so it is stable rather than 1 bromo 2 butene

Sir I have a doubt in z24 you said that the least stable possible is formed [hoffmann] over resonance but in z21 you have considered resonance over least stable product. you said in concept that if resonance is possible we don't have to see any hoffmann or saytzeff. can you please tell me if I have missed any other concept there?

Lecture is amazing sir but respectfully saying that from past few lectures many confusions are arising because you sometime contradict your saying and as this is not a live class so there is no possibility we can clear our doubts. for eg in this lecture also in qs z-24 you contradicted your saying that if resonance is possible then we dont have to see any hoffman or saytzeff and sir if i took the concept wrong then i am really sorry and i request you to elaborate more on such type of questions and concepts.

Hey, have you found any relevant reason for that question, I too was confused in this question and I completely agree with your point , I also had similar confusion in one of the past lecture where SN2 was discussed and its rate was directly proportional to e- deficiency and inversely proportional to crowding , sir told us to give importance to crowding but then contradicted himself in the same lecture afterwards by giving importance to e- deficiency in some questions
