だるまさんが転んだ (Dharma-san ga koronda) is a game played by kids. It plays basically like "Red light, Green light." One person is chosen as the "demon" and turns away from the others, and the others attempt to reach the "demon" and tag them to become the demon themselves. If I'm interpreting the lyrics correctly, this song is talking about how the MC (Gumi here) was reflecting on their childhood days of playing games like this over summer vacation with friends while committing a heinous act of homicide. Think "Nobody move or I'll shoot." So the "気がする" here means "like..." So the translated title for English-speakers would be "It's like playing 'Red Light, Green Light.'"
