what is your opinion on instant fusion / ready fusion with Rare Fish as an extender instead of Shthana and/or Silent Sea Nettle? because going 2nd it does not water lock you (unlike sea nettle) and whats more important is, that it has way more fish synergy like you can reborn it with white mirror unlike Shthana and Silent Sea Nettle, you can shuffle it back with the GY effect of Lifeless Leaffish and most importantly you have another lvl 4 fish in grave to reborn with Xyz Remora. Because in my exprience you often have hands with Abyss Shark, Crystal Shark, Shthana or Silent Sea Nettle where you can't use the on summon effect of xyz remora, because you don't have 2 lvl 4 fish in grave.
ive been testing this deck at locals and winning or coming in second place and found the answer to my own question: you basically gotta use xyz remora to detatch off your armor fortress for you, or play dugaress in your extra deck to do the lancer combo on.
I have an idea. you can detach the materials with Xyz Remora or if you don't have it and only drew one armored xyz card (which is way more likely than drawing both), you can search the other card. Then Xyz Armor Fortress has one material left. If you manage to also get out Valiant Shark Lancer, you can use its effect on your opponents turn to detatch the other material from Fortress and pop a card, that you can use Full-Armored Xyz to rank up into Full Armored Dark Knight Lancer and still have the Full Armored Dark Knight Lancer interuption.
