She started claiming that he hit her and blah blah blah, and people knew she was fabricating it so they hate her

P.S.- One of R's friend said he saw everything and he just pulled the phone from G's hand and there were no struggles, but she's saying there was with red marks on her that looked like stretch marks (?). Then R makes a video making fun of self harm by scratching himself and losing fans who harm themselves for some odd reason.
