  • @saravanakarthikmunusamy9472
    @saravanakarthikmunusamy9472 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    It’s working for just the first string of text and then resulting 0 for the rest. Looks the array value is not starting from beginning for the 2nd record and further. Could anyone help?

    • @miko6464
      @miko6464 ปีที่แล้ว

      I am having the same issue. It's because when I drag down, rather than using the original reference table cells, it uses those cells but down one line, and so on. I havent figured out how to fix this. Did you figure it out??

    • @miko6464
      @miko6464 ปีที่แล้ว

      Found my issue! See 5.52 in the video. I had missed the dollar signs before certain reference cells. Those dollar signs make those cells an "absolute" reference cells, meaning they will not change when dragged. Without the dollar signs, that are relative reference cells, so will change when dragged.

    I did exactly as you have it.. but once I put in the MATCH function =Match(TRUE,ISNUMBER(Search(Array,Cell,)),0) ... i get the #N/A error
    Update: I downloaded your example file... and it breaks as well and your cells end up as '#N/A'

      Crlt+Shift+Enter ... that's the key here... I didn't realize it till now.
