Like the mask laying on the ground and Vanessa leaving the area. The fact that vannys face looks identical to Vanessa in game. The fact that gregory is scared of Vanessa. Plus there is literally no mention of vanny being a twin of Vanessa. It is much more likely that they are the same person.
Well, it can be said that vanny/vannesa is alive and dead because in one of the endings the staff bots kill vanny (I don't know if your AU is that vanny and vannesa are not the same person but I just wanted to emphasize that and sorry for the bad Explanation)
