Cool lighter, I think those "peanut lighters" are based on the earliest pocketable lighters, designed way before Zippo's came along. Like the SOG as well. Before I knew much about pocket knives and steel qualities. My first over $50 knife was a SOG flash II and I thought I really had something special. Times change, I still have my Flash II and have a sentimental attachment to it, but it doesn't hold up well against modern budget knives today. I recently got a SOG Altair XR and am very impressed with it. It has a 154cm blade, 3.2" long, .075" thick stock, full flat grind, measures .014" bte .400" thick handle, full length skeletonized steel liners, on bearings, and weighs 2.3 oz. It's a Bugout competitor that very few people talk about. Keep up the good work! Hope you're doing well.
