The one near London I know about are a refiner , they do various options they give you price for the boards or you do an option they refine everything you give them and you get paid afterwards on what’s actually recovered , depends on how fast you want the money , that’s why I collect all the little blue,black,yellow ,brown and green capacitor things of the boards , when I’ve got large amount of them they are going there to be refined to find what precious metals they contain ( won’t be any time soon but when I do I’ll be doing a video on it all )
