She is actually from Badin dist and her father used to be singer as well according to sources!
For me that's enough that she is Pakistani. Why are you highlighting that she is a Punjabi singer. If she is singing song in all languages, it means she is just a singer for all languages. Aren't there many other singers who are not Punjabi but are singing in different languages. Why you tell over and over she is a Punjabi singer?
