In all fairness the schools stop teaching the children how to read the clocks and they don't teach cursive anymore either. I am old fashion so I taught my kids that stuff.
The schools have even stopped teaching kids how to tie their shoes. I taught my daughter time, money and how to tie her shoes. Because honestly this younger generation of kids are just plain lazy and dumb.
@@kscollins73back when I was in elementary in the early 2000s we learned cursive and how to tell time
@@swtangel85sounds like it’s the generation of parents that are lazy and dumb. Expect schools to raise their kids.
@@swtangel85or is it that those teaching them are cutting corners on teaching basic life skills? Also where I grew up parents taught you to tie your shoes not the schools.
My son is dyslexic and he can’t read a clock! He’s 30 now and we spent years and years trying to get him to understand. Thank god for his phone!
OMG.....so hilarious about the reading a clock. M y 2nd niece, that double graduated from college....at my older niece's baby shower, COULD NOT READ the person's name because it was in CURSIVE!!!! She is a computer engineer person that makes HUGE amounts of money. BUT, she cannot read cursive!!!!!
Teachers have to spend so much time teaching kids social and emotional skills that used to be taught by their parents. Simple things like manners and speaking with respect to others. If they didn't have to teach these skills then things like teaching time could be taught. Behavior issues are a huge part of the school days and not a lot of support from parents make lesson times, when actual academic learning is supposed to happen, difficult.
Behavior issues are also becoming a problem in adults, not just kids.
Schools don't teach anymore, they are just babysitters. when i worked at walmart third shift stocking shelves a few years ago i had 5 kids that just graduated come up to me and asked me if they had enough money to buy this small group of items after pooling their money together. They were able to add their green money up but they couldn't add price tags together. I told them whatever it was and i added plus tax. they added what do you mean plus tax? 4 of the 5 didnt even know what tax was. Only one girl knew what tax is because she shopped with mom before and learned from her. When i was in school, you learned how to survive out there but not anymore.
Another quick short story. My business partner went to pickup an item in another state. the road he took was rough. another young guy shows up and asked him which highway/roads he took to see if they were better. he had no idea.asked him which direction he came from, he still had no idea. finally he finds out the kid just followed his gps and turned wherever it told him too. My buddy/partner asked him what if that goes out, how are you getting home? the kid just shrugged his shoulders and said he probably would just wait until it came back online. no wonder they need to come out with these driverless cars, the new generation cannot think for themselves. my rocks in my backyard are smarter and cause less problems.
Cool box... it is a cold, cloudy, miserable day.... 😂 but you brightened up my day. Thank you both. Love y'all
Another Enjoyable Video!!!!! Have a Great Week Guys!!! 🎉🤗☃️👍🎊❤️🔥❄️🥶
The funniest for me is the complete meltdowns people have over the 24 hour clock system. "Military time"
same well I grew up with the 24h system in my birth country so it make sense for me and I hate the am and pm here in the US 😂😂
My husband was in the Army for 20 years, and I was in for 3 years, so military time is not a problem. Half my watches and clocks are set to 24 hour time. Easy peasy.
@@ItsAMbutyoutubechangedmyname- I love both but the 24 hour system makes the most sense.
First item out of the box @2:36. Slow day. Good thing there is a blizzard going on.
Hello Clint and Becky. Let's see what's inside of this Amazon liquidation mystery box. Everything looks awesome.
My kids go to a private Christian school and the curriculum they use teaches only(written instructions are in cursive and work is expected to be done in cursive) in cursive after 3/4 grade!!!!! As soon as number recognition is learned they teach time on a analog clock!!
those tazers r good my guy bought me one at the local gun and knife show i love it mines pink camo
Happy Saturday
I have a click with roman numerical symbols for the time, so when the grandkids want to know what time it is I tell them to figure it out lol
I love watching you guys but boy are you guys "kookie"! Just wanted to let "Becky" know that there are quite a few kids that can not read a non-digital clock which is called a analog clock because they no longer teach that in school. Thank you guys for really cool videos watch you almost everyday....Kim in Ohio
Howdy neighbor 👋🏻. 😊
I SOOO appreciate your Ethics on buying and selling! And only wish I was more saavy on knowing WHO to buy certain items like these, I would LOVE SOME AMAZING headphones! I am a headphone TOTAL SNOB! It is all about the sound that I hear!! Wired or not wired!! I love my music. And there is JUST TOO MUCH available now! WHY CAN'T LIFE be as simple as it "used to be"??????
My wife had High School students that could not tell time on a face clock. Unbelievable, but true ..
It's true about kids not being able to read analogue watches/clocks but everything is digital now. It's a sign of the times, sorry for the pun lol
When I grew up going to school, the teachers taught us how to tell time on a clock with the hour, minutes and seconds hands.
Same with me they also taught me how to write in cursive.
@@victorm.regalado1245 I also was taught to write cursive. Today's school kids can't write cursive. They use computers.
Greetings from Poteet Texas
With so many bin stores opening up everywhere im surprised you can find anything to buy. I live in a small city and we have 3 bin stores.
I watch you guys all the time. Really cool content. God bless. Jesus loves you!
My daughter (I adopted) has fetal alcohol syndrome, and try as I might, she can not comprehend a face clock. Along with fractions and pie charts, it's a spacial deficiency. If I say it's quarter past two, I have to repeat it as 2:15.
Bless you for adopting
Hey Clint hey Becca thank you for the iPhone it works excellent I put my Sim card on it and it works good
More and more people and couples selling on line
Becky, you guys should connect a monitor to your camera off to the side. It will help you see what you want better.
The clock with the hands is call an analog clock!
The one thing that keeps me up at night is some day. The kids who watch and do tick tock video some day they will be running the county and taking care of us. God help us 🙏 😫
I worked at a Jr. High a couple years ago for 2 years. The kids there did not know how to read a clock face. They put up digital clocks in the hallways and classrooms about 10 years ago. Same with the other schools in the district. The "old school" clocks are still there also. The principal told me they have not taught kids how to read a clock face in elementary schools for at least 15 years if not longer. He said it is a digital world now (so he was told). He hates it!
And now they don't have signatures because they don't teach cursive writing any more! Won't they ever have to sign a legal document? Crazy.
Hi there. I really enjoy watching your reviews of Amazon boxes. Because of your videos, I ordered the smallest box on Dec 30 2023. I still haven't heard anything, just that my payment was successful. Have you had any issues hearing back from them? Anytime I try ti contact them, I just get re- routed to their advertising page. Any advice would be appreciated. Keep the reviews coming. Thank you.
It's the same for dyslexic people I tried but no go dyslexia sucks clocks do me a bad
Where do you buy your mystery boxes from? Like what website.
You are in full view Becky 😊
I was thinking about doing this as full time but not sure where to buy in detroit mi
JUST BOUGHT A CARDIO MOBILE IN FEBRUARY OF 2024....... PAID $50 AT SAM'S.

Children have parents. My grandson, who is twelve, can read a watch.
And you're posting it another 6 months later in Jan 2024 😲😲😲😲
Becky, how much are you going to price the husband training collar for?
Try JakT liquidation here in Dover Delaware
People can’t read a clock?! We learned how in like 2nd grade. I’m teaching our 5 year old already. He knows his bedtime is 8:30 and what the hands look like at 8:30. He knows some basics like 6, 12 or exact hours.
lol….”vomit” 😂
My 30 year old son hated my clock with no numbers
My daughter is 29 years old. I've tried many many times to teach her how to read a clock and she still tells me that she doesn't understand. She only can tell time with digital.
DO they deliver to Ireland 🇮🇪
5:56 dog shock collar not a walkie talkie. Sadly I had to buy one for our new dog.
November 2020 the ps5 was out worldwide
From which site or physical place I can buy this stock
I wonder what Clint would do if there actually would be a PlayStation 😅
I'm hoping for a prank box on April Fools that has one in it.
@@RomanDiaries 😆 🤣
There is a thing like number blind and word blind, where u cant learn a normal clock
Analog clock reading used to be taught in first and second grade math. Now they teach pre- algebra…
So many kids don’t know how to read clocks or money/make change
Mom had a kid who didn't know what a sandwich was
What are the Win things?
Some people can't read a clock like me, but i have dyslexia so I have never been able to
we have to question these 2 everytime we watch there videos
I can see you Becky❤
For the label holder, would a toilet paper holder work?
❤❤❤
Ps5 came out November 12 2020
hello from ed bon jovi love u both
I worked with someone that bought themselves a watch with hands, they then asked me what the time it was showing
it's called an analog time piece
PS5 launched on Nov. 12, 2020.
lost footage of a lost box. Lost ception!
I'm in my 30's and i can't tell time on a hands clock my mom and grandpa both tried to teach years ago me but it just didn't stick
Explains a lot.
I taught my kids how to. But I think it's just laziness. It takes too long to think about it.
What gets me is the amount of people that don't know how to read cursive
sorry that i can't read a clock and my school showed me i just forgot and takes me 5 mins. to tell the time
Sadly schools don't teach cursive or how to read an analog clock anymore.
Actually in school, they don’t even teach reading and writing in cursive anymore. School kids today do not know how to read or write any cursive characters whatsoever only printing.
They are actually bringing cursive back.
@@ashleymeadows3410 it’s stupid that they took it away in the first place, because when Alex was in school, we learned cursive when we were learning the alphabet lol
@@ashleymeadows3410 I meant when I was in school. Damn spellcheck.
Not a walkie talkie. That’s a shock collar
they don't teach cursive either. I guess they think they are going to chip everyone or put a bar code tattoo on your hand. probably the micro chip. I want my grand children to teach my great grand children to read a normal clock and sign their name in cursive too.
You would be shocked at how many kids and young adults can't even count change today. Just simple math; they can't do it.
It's kind of sad. I have watched videos of kids trying to make a phone call on a rotary phone. They are completely stumped. Our education system is failing our children. We need to teach both the basics and the tech.
Even spelling and grammar are not a teaching priority anymore. They want people to be little robots who rely on their phones for everything and who will do and believe exactly what they are told. And it’s amazing how quickly and easily people line right up for it all!
@@andreaelliott728yup. People have no idea when to use accept/except, there/their/they're, etc. The worst I've seen is when they start off with something like "John and I's went to..." or "me and John..."
Kids in our district are still taught cursive, how to use a clock with hands and Grammer! Don't know where you guys live, but that's crazy!
I imagine a long with cursive writing it's not taught any more... Go figure. I'd be unhappy with the schools for not teaching these things!!
The real question is did you end up getting a PS5 out of a box or did you just buy one?
Why do you leave they must loose value
They don’t teach kids clocks anymore or money
Tasers are illegal in Canada only law enforcement can have them
I don't think schools teach cursive anymote.
Girlfriend by him his PlayStation five whatever it is he wants but what about a great Christmas present maybe’s got a birthday coming up soon Father’s Day just do it
like it really matters where u get your pallets and stuff half the people in the comments know anyway
I am not military I am seald in Christ. Money is naught the matter.!
November 12 2020 PS5 release date
Kids today have no idea what is analog. Very say just like cursive writing
I can't read a analog clock and I'm 43 yr old but I'm also disabled
Really? You should learn how. If an EMP was unleashed on our country how would you survive?
Learn. And then learn cursive.
@@sunnyscott4876 I already know cursive
Why do kids these days need to tell the time on an old fashion clock times have literally moved on and there not stuck in the 1950s 🤔
and still no ps5 for him lol
Some people have dyslexic and learning disability
Thanks for telling your point of view.
You have a beautiful wife
They also don't teach how to read or write cursive.
They system is dumbing down the kids
I see you pretty lady
Now a days they are not teaching kids in school how to read a clock😢my daughter is in 9th grade and doesn’t know how to read
Maybe you should teach her then.
Constitution, Civics, cursive, anolog clocks are no longer taught, HUMMMMMMM
Your forgetting we got told how to tell time In school
But kids these days only get taught how to change genders
Which as we know is impossible
😊😊
Boring
if clint was smart he would taze her
