Your feelings are valid I understand that you say that you do not put much into feelings, but they are still valid and they stand for something! Yes problems fall on a continuum in the universe on a straight line, just like sickness or anything else. Some have none, some have some, some have a lot and some have a severe amount. life indeed falls on a continuum . Great video. Try not to get to upset with yourself if possible.
