I love how some people are malding because he is not doing damage per screenshot. It's the Yoimiya and Itto situation all over again. Would it be nice if his resistance to interruption while flying got a boost? 100% YES, but saying "he's worse than Heizou" is just a little bit overdramatic.
I know this ain't really directed at me. But I actually prefer units that are more consistent in what they do rather than just having 1 really big hit every now and then. Still like it tho😅
anemos just have the most fun playstyles. first we had xiao jumping around and plunging down, kazuha's broken ass skill and pretty burst, and now we get to fly around with scara 💀
My only problem with his flying is that for some reason if you sprint in the air and it ends it doesn't keep the momentum but if you don't sprint it does???

This is what I like about your guides among others... very detailed, very concised, and not bias (no rants or very minimal, you say/list things that works for the character).
I think he's boatloads of fun to play. He's the first and currently only flying character. He's another male catalyst character who, depending on how you WANT to play him, can be a driver for certain teams. And he's a (former) HARBINGER. Not every character has to be this amazingly broken unit. And arguably every character fits in some role in this game. People love complaining about new units as soon as they come out but then gets quiet when they figure out when and where to use them. Can we just have fun in this game?
Wanderer is the most fun character for me, i'm even using him despite being under level 60/60 and level 4 talents, I usually wait until my new characters are max level and at least level 8 priority but talents but with wanderer I can't just wait. He's fun in combat and exploration, when there's a wall just press your skill and then press forward he will then fly up you don't have to press space
tbh i feel like the community is always overally negative to selfish dps's as soon as they release like cyno and all the other ones including xiao ganyu and hutao when they released. the fact that no one can call him bad but obviously don't want to call him good tells me everything I need to know Even ayaka was called cryo keqing as a bad thing but now shes considered one of the best dps's in the game.

He is fun to use and thats enough for me. He also has one of the more complex playstyle especially with his passive on his E so he isn't just click spamming attacks. He kinda reminds me of Itto's playstyle the damage per second not per screenshot. He isn't the best DPS but definitely one of my most favorite to use. Unlike many I'm satisfied with him since abyss is pretty easy anyway. I do wish that one of his cons increases his blue stamina but in a way you don't necessarily have to hit enemies so I can fly around longer.
i usually care about playability in abyss when it comes to new units, but i just love scara's personality so much as a character that i dont care much about how much damage he does. he resonates with me so personally that i will play him regardless of his kit. after a few days of playing him consistently i could tell he would be a nightmare to try and draft in abyss and tbh im fine with that. hes so fun to play overworld and not every character needs to be an abyss powerhouse, im just happy i finally have my babygirl on my team
@@Rajan_Rout probably mid investment does not include red horn? His damage without his dedicated support, team, and weapon is quite mid tho (red horn itto enjoyer here, but its true he's kinda mid without all of those)
Honestly no joke i noticed Oathsworn Eye(Enkanomiya event catalyst) is genuinely good for him if there's an emphasis on his burst alongside his skill and NA and CA if you want the burst on every rotation(at the end of the skill), that catalyst gives 48% ER for 10s after skill is cast so with some decent ER(plus that buff) and assuming you have good supports for his dmg like Faruzan and Benny then you can get good dmg buffs from them and a good complete rotation for him with skill followed by spamming and energy gains followed by burst at the end and then rinse and repeat.
I love him. Knew I loved him as a character--I've been a fan since the beginning. But he's incredible to play from my perspective. I just full cleared floor 11 for the first time on my account.

I think he’s super fun to play. I recently got him and honestly he was not as bad as people were saying, he’s actually pretty good and he’s now on my team!
Speaking as someone who has him c2 maxed out fully built I can say he is not that strong compared to other main dps characters he needs a buff but mostly his main flaw is if he gets knocked out the air enemies will continue to hit him while he is down basically killing him and it happens often.
@BaileyZKerr the jump button drains the blue points bar by 25 percent and when you do get hit you are locked in a falling animation for awhile I seen a lot of Instagram and TH-cam shorts being made about this the only way to counter is a shield but that will lower his dps support wich kinda makes him even worse
I waited so long to get him. An he is quite a dispointment really. I even got his wepon. Only good to taxi you to your daily quest 3 sec faster... I wonder did they nerf him becuase ppl would pull for him anyway?
I used him in abyss and he was able to clear up fast lmao because he has the same cooldown of skills as my other supports (Faruzan, Yunjin/Bennet and Layla/Zhongli), in exploration he is now my go to as well. I’m really happy with this patch since I got both Scara and his weapon and Itto and his weapon plus a Skyward Atlas with just 15k primogems. Then I lost pity to Jean at 4 pity so now she is C2 and I am guaranteed Al haitham
As somebody who's saving up for him, im gonna get him to learn how to juggle. Explanation, thoma or xiangling for q (pyro off field) raiden or yae for more off field, and the oppnents just fly up, its juggling.
He's really good, didn't need to get that nerf pre-release, but is still really good, even with no set bonuses(Can't wait to get his best-in-slot 4 set bonus)
he is really good in overwolrd. he is really bad in Abyss. Even in the showcases the teams were way overtime. The freeze team showcase was pathetic. I clear with DMC/Kazuha, Barbara, Fischl before 8.40 On 8.30 he just scratched the two big wolfes.
10:00 goodness I've been trying to get it for past two days with my cousin, there's pretty nice drops of unlimited 5 starts artifacts! but not the one were looking for 😭 keep getting the other one so many times, and finally got only one desert pavilion just to have the main stat as electro damage :')
Been using him for months now and I love him in a lot of content. Exploration, Domains and Abyss. While less so in abyss just bc i have a c3 faruzan, I cant wait to use him in a triple anemo team with a c6 Faruzan I got Lost Prayer 2 years ago and been had it on my Ning but it just fit Wandy so much
I’m using: Wanderer, Raiden, Xingqiu and Zhongli. I feel like Raiden is just as good as Fischl. Because of Raidens electro application and Xingqius hydro. It’s a constant electro-charged swirl comp. And I love it
I actually test out N3/N2C/CA on wanderer. It goes like this N3 >>N2C>>CA, Speed and the new set makes a big difference in his playstyle. As for his ascension 4, basically when you dash you miss out on 1-2 attack as X damage but you regain Y damage in the 4 arrows. The difference between X and Y is not that much of a difference. So you just want to use this whenever you really need the dashing, else just stay in the shield and you're good to go
Just got mine. For now I'm using 2 2 piece sets that each give anemo damage bonus while I build him. Will work on the recommendations in this guide later.
Im liking the trend of "Harbingers" having a lot of under the hood depth. Makes playing them much more enjoyable compared to National where you just press buttons as they light up
10:21 what do you mean when you say “30 ping or under”? does your ping change your damage or how well the character plays? does this also apply with other characters because i’m trying to build ayato with echoes
Tips; use wanderer burst after apply element. Ganyu/dion cryo / xiangling guoba in enemy. Swirl damage and prepping for A4 wanderer. Ganyu taunt/burst > wanderer burst > faruzan > bennet > wanderer (pyro+cryo infuse)>end with wanderer burst. Even with shime this rotation work, with er on wanderer and favon on faruzan. Wanderer is not same with hu tao to burst after skill.
when you were charge atk spamming i noticed you were not doing it as fast as you could, i you time the hold and release just right you can use his charge atk faster than you did here, but if you mess it up it causes you do not preform a charge atk right, so high risk high reward if you have the mechanical skill. think of vergils judgement cut chains in dmc 5 but so much more easy

Lost prayer is the first 5 star weapon i got over 2 years ago end i always thought it was shit because i use no catalist on field dps, but now that i got my Fandango i am so glad that i have this weapon
I was playing the whole time with a team what everyone just made mad. Yoimiya, Raiden, Zhongli, Kazuha... bcuz i have a lot of Chars and also 5* but not a single good Teamcomp. I always played what brings me Fun. So this was the only team i had build. BUT... now i won 2 50/50 in a row.. i got Scaramouche C3 and Faruzan C6. I still have to lvl Fav Bow and alos his Weapon... but i was finally able to clear 3* Abyss Floor 11. Before this i stuck at 9, just bcuz i only had this one Team build and it even isnt a real team. all other characters are..yea, lets not talk about them. with this new Team (Wanderer C3, Faruzan C6, Zhongli, Bennett C5*) i have so much more fun in the game and i dont even like Bennett. (i agree with him only bcuz its just his Burst). i think everyone has their favourites and dislikes. you can always test the characters before you whale on them. (i didnt even want wanderer, i just have an wishing addiction and really dont like Itto). so all in one, i am in love with this character (i simp ofc for Xiansheng). this team is so good and i cant wait until i build them all perfect. just play what ou like, and let others play what they like. in this case a happy new year everyone. may all your wishes come true.
This is the first time I'm sticking with widsith for him over solar pearl. Idk because i have so much crit rates on my 4pc shimenawas that a crit damage weapon is so much better for him.
That's the reason why most CC now claims most of the 'weak for current patch' 4 stars characters as 'might be usefull/meta for upcoming patch'. Because you don't know what's coming in the next patches, and the meta might be different. This especially noticeable with Layla. Which most people claims to be practically useless last patch, with having the same kit as Diona but without healing abilities, although you might've C6 on Diona, and building her to Lvl 70+, investment wise its not a good deal. But upcoming patches, even on this patch, she somehow gain that meta placement as a Wanderer's support. Heck even Thoma now got function, although not much on an overall meta. And that's only for Wanderer, there are more characters coming ahead.
Diona is still better as Wanderer support. 200 EM add to swirls, she heals and she gives more energy. Layla is still bad because Scara is below average. and her kit/dmg is not good. Thoma/Kuki got buffed by Dendro but there is no other element in sight. Also Scara is just worse Sucrose in AOE. owrse than Thoma burgeon in AOE. And worse than Kuki in hyperbloom in single target.

For someone like me that doesn't build Thoma or Kuki due to not having the correct teams for them since their niche is too much, I can see where people comes from for Layla and all other niche 4 stars. But to claims 'scara just worst sucrose in AOE' is just absurd, to compare a DPS to a Support/Driver. Also worse than Thoma burgeon in AOE? I bet you haven't watch other CC doing showcase and explaining the kits. Make a video to summarize all the points you have said and I will believe you. I haven't found a single video on that, including my own testing, to prove that claim.
@@haku9815 I actualy watch mostly Zajef77 but also Xlice, Zayox, TenTen, Ha1se, EroticWalrus hmm from time to time Iwtl. I watch also content creators that fight Abyss non stop and I can recommend Ken Rurouni, Whalenstain, Shinn and some others.
Scara's defense is also very low, meaning shields are also less effective on him than other characters. They should atleast make some change about his defence or interruption resistance or anything else he suffers with. Personally I would like his skill to be able to be activated while flying, but that's asking for too much lol, But I'd rather have this than any other buffs I said above since I just play him for fun (CA combo) and exploration. I feel like Genshin most times doesn't listen to their community and bring any changes, unlike many other games. Scara had been so much anticipated from such a long time, this should be the time that genshin listens to their community. Because it's almost everyone now that feels like he needs some type of buff, any buff.
What do you think about a Wanderer freeze team with Wanderer, Faruzan, Layla and Kokomi, or is it not necessary to have a healer since I have Layla, and I should instead go for a more offensive hydro like xingqiu?
My scara is on skyward atlas and I have venti, bennett, xingqiu, zhongli, diona, fishel, and mona built who can go with him. What team should I build? (my xingqiu is the best built so I want to use him if I can.)
I recommend Bennett zhongli and high er Mona But to be honest if you want him as a high DPS dealer it's really hard with out c6 faruzan The team that i recommend to you it's just for open world because unfortunately He is really not a strong unit but he quit fun tho Hope you enjoy playing him
You have 3 teams: bennett/diona/xingqiu Reccomended. Bennett will provide bonus atk & Diona will provide shield+battery. Both also provides heal. Xingqiu are there for off field dps and dmg reduction, useful to prolong diona's shield. This team are really good because you could easily freeze enemies and you have easier time to utilize wanderer's A1 passive (you can get pyro+cryo bonus this way) Zhongli/bennett/xingqiu A solid team for him. Zhongli+xingqiu gives the highest protection while dealing good off field dmg. Bennett are there to buff attack & heal. Dmg is mediocre but at least you wont die.. Venti/fischl/mona Aggressive teamcomp that leaves little to no protection, basically high risk high reward. Venti provides CC by grouping enemies together. Fischl are there as the battery+electro application. Mona burst deals decent dmg+buff. Her skill can also aggro enemies. Since she is a catalyst user she can use TTDS to provide atk buff to scara (this compensate not having bennett in the team). You might also consider playing wanderer as CA spammer with this team
I have him at c0 right now and somehow got c6 Faruzan easily while trying to get scara c1. Do you think he’s still worth trying for c1? Or should I just save for other characters like alhaitham?
C1 is a barely noticable dmg increase. His C2 is good increase of his burst but lmits your rotations. I would suggest to wait for rerun and decide. There are more fun characters comming.
Honestly idk if I’ll get some hate comments but, Idc about his damage output bc he’s fun. I think it’s more important to have fun on genshin than to use broken or meta characters but I know some of thoes characters can be fun too. I like watching the genshin community go 180 with every character the has been released since after ayaka it really shows, ofc it’s a fun observation to watch and call people out on, like right now.
The problem with Scara is not that he is bad. He is just underwelhming and unpolished. His atacks miss enemies lsightly bellow, you cant swap from his E, he is squishe asf but he want field time, his dmg is mediocre in abyss. Also teoricrafters already had gained quite a knowledge to evaluate units after 2+ years.
i have an R3 Widsith but i also have R1 skyward atlas and R5 dodoco tales. which of these is the best for him? i currently use 4PC DPC with a 80/198 crit .
I dont have a good Shime set and i'd only farm the Pavillion domain for Wanderer (and to slightly boost my Hyperbloom damage), is it better to go Pavillion for the Wanderer BiS (wich will take quite a long time) or just sit in the Emblem domain and get him a good set that way (because Emblem = value)? Rn im using Wanderer on a decent VV set i had lying around, 73 212 with mediocre attack (Widsith).
Since the bell incentivises no dashing and no charge attacks but his C1 passive does incetivise dashing what would be the ideal rotatio with both? would it still be N3 spam or should dashes be thrown in now considering the damage increase it gives?
you should always cancel your N3 spam with a dash just like you would animation cancel with other characters. In my experience, one N3 string almost always gives you a free dash, you might go one string without having a dash but 90% of strings afterwards will give you a dash so you should always be able to N3 cancel into dash and keep doing that over and over again
@@denisfresco3194 With both the wanderers c1 and his own weapon both giving 10% attack speed each plus 4 piece of his own set it seems like initiating with a charged attack and then pure normal spam does more and there is dps loss on dashing with a constant shielder like zhongli i dont have to worry about dodging and the 25% dmg boost to the dash arrows doesnt really seem like its adding too much but its hard to tell if either one really makes that much difference
@@weirdalfan08 you‘re not losing DPS dude. There is a slight delay between the end of your third NA until you can initiate the next string where you don‘t deal damage anyways. In that short timeframe you just cancel your third NA before it finishes the animation, you deal damage through your A4 and you can start the next string earlier. I finish every abyss floor 20 seconds faster by doing this

Guys i need help , i have faruzan c6 and the best artifact is the tenacity of the millelith but i still want to put a shielder like layla and her best artifact because she is a shielder is tenacity I can’t put both because the effect won’t happen what should i put for layla ?!! Help
So say, i have C6 Wanderer, C6 faruzan, c6 jean, and so on... What would be the best team for this guy? cuz i feel he needs a shield and elements to swirl to be optimal, and having 3 anemo chars together kinda feels restricting. With my Xiao this woudnt mather as i'd just add Zhongli to the party and go for some raw dmg. Wanderer at c6 however can have 3 buffs by adding different elements, wich would be hard to add with these chars in the mix. or does the raw dmg bonus they provide out-weight these? If there are optimal teams (even if they depend on high cons) i'd love to hear.
I have to many characters to build. I got Nilou and said i would build her but then i took a break from genshin, and when i came bac ki got yae and Layla and wanted to build them, then not long after that i got scara and faruzan and they are all characters i wat to build. I had to pick one to focus on rn so i chose wanderer.
He is the best units to explore no debate needed spam his flying and sprint with normal Stamina and uou just go Crazy !! And his a good dps yes his interruption is a problem but every units have downside and you just need a shield and voila !

I knew CA spam had a higher MV! I didn't do the math but it just *feels* so much better, obv with lots of speed buffs NAs will be better but still. So weird that his weapon does absolutely nothing for his CA and AoE
C4 is super solid. It’s no c6 obvs, but it’s def better than what yj can provide. A single atk speed bonus unit will provide serious diminishing returns especially considering yj is quite energy hungry herself. I’d recommend, wanderer, faruzan, Benny + flex (preferably a shield). Faruzan will prob still need fav bow though as her energy reqs are only really mitigated some at c6. Elegy is her bis at c6 though if you can/ want to pull for the remaining cons.
I can't really wish for more of her constellations though. How much ER should she have if I have her at C4? I have Zhongli so Wanderer, C4 Faruzan, Benny, and Zhongli would be more solid? Thanks 😊
@@justonicanormarcelo4675 that’s fine, you can get them eventually. And yeah, zhongli will be super solid until you master scara. I’d recommend ~ 280% er w/ c4. On her turn in rotation, e, ca, ca, catch particles. Should be enough for her to cast q again. Rinse and repeat.

Yes I agree. A driver that is still a DPS though, since he does decent damage regardless. In that way he's like Sucrose just with major damage potential.

Not every on field DPS can have interruption resistance. That would make shields lose value. People getting too greedy.

In my own experience, his damage is comparable to Childe, Cyno, Itto. I really like his playstyle and he is indeed ultra versatile.
Childe does way more damage than the other two you just mentioned. His damage is a bit higher than mid investment Itto which is still a lot

Honestly no joke i noticed Oathsworn Eye(Enkanomiya event catalyst) is genuinely good for him if there's an emphasis on his burst alongside his skill and NA and CA if you want the burst on every rotation(at the end of the skill), that catalyst gives 48% ER for 10s after skill is cast so with some decent ER(plus that buff) and assuming you have good supports for his dmg like Faruzan and Benny then you can get good dmg buffs from them and a good complete rotation for him with skill followed by spamming and energy gains followed by burst at the end and then rinse and repeat.
I love him. Knew I loved him as a character--I've been a fan since the beginning. But he's incredible to play from my perspective. I just full cleared floor 11 for the first time on my account.

I think he’s super fun to play. I recently got him and honestly he was not as bad as people were saying, he’s actually pretty good and he’s now on my team!
Speaking as someone who has him c2 maxed out fully built I can say he is not that strong compared to other main dps characters he needs a buff but mostly his main flaw is if he gets knocked out the air enemies will continue to hit him while he is down basically killing him and it happens often.
Just press jump as soon as you're hit
@BaileyZKerr the jump button drains the blue points bar by 25 percent and when you do get hit you are locked in a falling animation for awhile I seen a lot of Instagram and TH-cam shorts being made about this the only way to counter is a shield but that will lower his dps support wich kinda makes him even worse
I waited so long to get him. An he is quite a dispointment really. I even got his wepon. Only good to taxi you to your daily quest 3 sec faster... I wonder did they nerf him becuase ppl would pull for him anyway?

I used him in abyss and he was able to clear up fast lmao because he has the same cooldown of skills as my other supports (Faruzan, Yunjin/Bennet and Layla/Zhongli), in exploration he is now my go to as well.
I’m really happy with this patch since I got both Scara and his weapon and Itto and his weapon plus a Skyward Atlas with just 15k primogems. Then I lost pity to Jean at 4 pity so now she is C2 and I am guaranteed Al haitham

Explanation, thoma or xiangling for q (pyro off field) raiden or yae for more off field, and the oppnents just fly up, its juggling.
He's really good, didn't need to get that nerf pre-release, but is still really good, even with no set bonuses(Can't wait to get his best-in-slot 4 set bonus)
he is really good in overwolrd. he is really bad in Abyss. Even in the showcases the teams were way overtime. The freeze team showcase was pathetic. I clear with DMC/Kazuha, Barbara, Fischl before 8.40 On 8.30 he just scratched the two big wolfes.

I’m using: Wanderer, Raiden, Xingqiu and Zhongli. I feel like Raiden is just as good as Fischl. Because of Raidens electro application and Xingqius hydro. It’s a constant electro-charged swirl comp. And I love it

I actually test out N3/N2C/CA on wanderer. It goes like this N3 >>N2C>>CA, Speed and the new set makes a big difference in his playstyle.
As for his ascension 4, basically when you dash you miss out on 1-2 attack as X damage but you regain Y damage in the 4 arrows. The difference between X and Y is not that much of a difference.
So you just want to use this whenever you really need the dashing, else just stay in the shield and you're good to go
Just got mine. For now I'm using 2 2 piece sets that each give anemo damage bonus while I build him. Will work on the recommendations in this guide later.

Tips; use wanderer burst after apply element.
Ganyu/dion cryo / xiangling guoba in enemy. Swirl damage and prepping for A4 wanderer.
Ganyu taunt/burst > wanderer burst > faruzan > bennet > wanderer (pyro+cryo infuse)>end with wanderer burst.
Even with shime this rotation work, with er on wanderer and favon on faruzan.
Wanderer is not same with hu tao to burst after skill.
I tried almost every team comp, but what I love the most is Faruzan, Thoma and Bennett
I use that too! Since i have memory dust, that team rotation is good and no energy issues.

when you were charge atk spamming i noticed you were not doing it as fast as you could, i you time the hold and release just right you can use his charge atk faster than you did here, but if you mess it up it causes you do not preform a charge atk right, so high risk high reward if you have the mechanical skill. think of vergils judgement cut chains in dmc 5 but so much more easy

Lost prayer is the first 5 star weapon i got over 2 years ago end i always thought it was shit because i use no catalist on field dps, but now that i got my Fandango i am so glad that i have this weapon
I was playing the whole time with a team what everyone just made mad. Yoimiya, Raiden, Zhongli, Kazuha... bcuz i have a lot of Chars and also 5* but not a single good Teamcomp. I always played what brings me Fun. So this was the only team i had build. BUT... now i won 2 50/50 in a row.. i got Scaramouche C3 and Faruzan C6. I still have to lvl Fav Bow and alos his Weapon... but i was finally able to clear 3* Abyss Floor 11. Before this i stuck at 9, just bcuz i only had this one Team build and it even isnt a real team. all other characters are..yea, lets not talk about them. with this new Team (Wanderer C3, Faruzan C6, Zhongli, Bennett C5*) i have so much more fun in the game and i dont even like Bennett. (i agree with him only bcuz its just his Burst).
i think everyone has their favourites and dislikes. you can always test the characters before you whale on them. (i didnt even want wanderer, i just have an wishing addiction and really dont like Itto). so all in one, i am in love with this character (i simp ofc for Xiansheng). this team is so good and i cant wait until i build them all perfect.

This is the first time I'm sticking with widsith for him over solar pearl. Idk because i have so much crit rates on my 4pc shimenawas that a crit damage weapon is so much better for him.

That's the reason why most CC now claims most of the 'weak for current patch' 4 stars characters as 'might be usefull/meta for upcoming patch'.
Because you don't know what's coming in the next patches, and the meta might be different.
This especially noticeable with Layla.
Which most people claims to be practically useless last patch, with having the same kit as Diona but without healing abilities, although you might've C6 on Diona, and building her to Lvl 70+, investment wise its not a good deal.
But upcoming patches, even on this patch, she somehow gain that meta placement as a Wanderer's support.
Heck even Thoma now got function, although not much on an overall meta.
And that's only for Wanderer, there are more characters coming ahead.
Diona is still better as Wanderer support. 200 EM add to swirls, she heals and she gives more energy. Layla is still bad because Scara is below average. and her kit/dmg is not good. Thoma/Kuki got buffed by Dendro but there is no other element in sight. Also Scara is just worse Sucrose in AOE. owrse than Thoma burgeon in AOE. And worse than Kuki in hyperbloom in single target.

Scara's defense is also very low, meaning shields are also less effective on him than other characters.
They should atleast make some change about his defence or interruption resistance or anything else he suffers with.
Personally I would like his skill to be able to be activated while flying, but that's asking for too much lol, But I'd rather have this than any other buffs I said above since I just play him for fun (CA combo) and exploration.
I feel like Genshin most times doesn't listen to their community and bring any changes, unlike many other games.
Scara had been so much anticipated from such a long time, this should be the time that genshin listens to their community. Because it's almost everyone now that feels like he needs some type of buff, any buff.

I recommend Bennett zhongli and high er Mona
But to be honest if you want him as a high DPS dealer it's really hard with out c6 faruzan

You have 3 teams:
bennett/diona/xingqiu
Reccomended. Bennett will provide bonus atk & Diona will provide shield+battery. Both also provides heal. Xingqiu are there for off field dps and dmg reduction, useful to prolong diona's shield. This team are really good because you could easily freeze enemies and you have easier time to utilize wanderer's A1 passive (you can get pyro+cryo bonus this way)
Zhongli/bennett/xingqiu
A solid team for him. Zhongli+xingqiu gives the highest protection while dealing good off field dmg. Bennett are there to buff attack & heal. Dmg is mediocre but at least you wont die..
Venti/fischl/mona
Aggressive teamcomp that leaves little to no protection, basically high risk high reward. Venti provides CC by grouping enemies together. Fischl are there as the battery+electro application. Mona burst deals decent dmg+buff. Her skill can also aggro enemies. Since she is a catalyst user she can use TTDS to provide atk buff to scara (this compensate not having bennett in the team). You might also consider playing wanderer as CA spammer with this team

I have him at c0 right now and somehow got c6 Faruzan easily while trying to get scara c1. Do you think he’s still worth trying for c1? Or should I just save for other characters like alhaitham?
C1 is a barely noticable dmg increase. His C2 is good increase of his burst but lmits your rotations. I would suggest to wait for rerun and decide. There are more fun characters comming.

Honestly idk if I’ll get some hate comments but, Idc about his damage output bc he’s fun. I think it’s more important to have fun on genshin than to use broken or meta characters but I know some of thoes characters can be fun too. I like watching the genshin community go 180 with every character the has been released since after ayaka it really shows, ofc it’s a fun observation to watch and call people out on, like right now.
The problem with Scara is not that he is bad. He is just underwelhming and unpolished. His atacks miss enemies lsightly bellow, you cant swap from his E, he is squishe asf but he want field time, his dmg is mediocre in abyss. Also teoricrafters already had gained quite a knowledge to evaluate units after 2+ years.

I dont have a good Shime set and i'd only farm the Pavillion domain for Wanderer (and to slightly boost my Hyperbloom damage), is it better to go Pavillion for the Wanderer BiS (wich will take quite a long time) or just sit in the Emblem domain and get him a good set that way (because Emblem = value)?

Since the bell incentivises no dashing and no charge attacks but his C1 passive does incetivise dashing what would be the ideal rotatio with both? would it still be N3 spam or should dashes be thrown in now considering the damage increase it gives?
you should always cancel your N3 spam with a dash just like you would animation cancel with other characters. In my experience, one N3 string almost always gives you a free dash, you might go one string without having a dash but 90% of strings afterwards will give you a dash so you should always be able to N3 cancel into dash and keep doing that over and over again
@@denisfresco3194 With both the wanderers c1 and his own weapon both giving 10% attack speed each plus 4 piece of his own set it seems like initiating with a charged attack and then pure normal spam does more and there is dps loss on dashing
with a constant shielder like zhongli i dont have to worry about dodging and the 25% dmg boost to the dash arrows doesnt really seem like its adding too much but its hard to tell if either one really makes that much difference
@@weirdalfan08 you‘re not losing DPS dude. There is a slight delay between the end of your third NA until you can initiate the next string where you don‘t deal damage anyways. In that short timeframe you just cancel your third NA before it finishes the animation, you deal damage through your A4 and you can start the next string earlier. I finish every abyss floor 20 seconds faster by doing this

What would be the best team for this guy? cuz i feel he needs a shield and elements to swirl to be optimal, and having 3 anemo chars together kinda feels restricting.
With my Xiao this woudnt mather as i'd just add Zhongli to the party and go for some raw dmg.
Wanderer at c6 however can have 3 buffs by adding different elements, wich would be hard to add with these chars in the mix. or does the raw dmg bonus they provide out-weight these?
If there are optimal teams (even if they depend on high cons) i'd love to hear.
I personally use Bennett scara faruzan and zhongli. But in your case I would use (Bennett/ faruzan) Jean (zhongli/ yunjin) scara

He is the best units to explore no debate needed spam his flying and sprint with normal Stamina and uou just go Crazy !! And his a good dps yes his interruption is a problem but every units have downside and you just need a shield and voila !

I think it’s a bug because it wasn’t like this in the beta, the buff still remains while the skill is active but it doesn’t show, it’s really weird

C4 is super solid. It’s no c6 obvs, but it’s def better than what yj can provide. A single atk speed bonus unit will provide serious diminishing returns especially considering yj is quite energy hungry herself. I’d recommend, wanderer, faruzan, Benny + flex (preferably a shield). Faruzan will prob still need fav bow though as her energy reqs are only really mitigated some at c6. Elegy is her bis at c6 though if you can/ want to pull for the remaining cons.
I can't really wish for more of her constellations though. How much ER should she have if I have her at C4? I have Zhongli so Wanderer, C4 Faruzan, Benny, and Zhongli would be more solid? Thanks 😊
@@justonicanormarcelo4675 that’s fine, you can get them eventually. And yeah, zhongli will be super solid until you master scara. I’d recommend ~ 280% er w/ c4. On her turn in rotation, e, ca, ca, catch particles. Should be enough for her to cast q again. Rinse and repeat.

Yes I agree. A driver that is still a DPS though, since he does decent damage regardless. In that way he's like Sucrose just with major damage potential.
