Can just clear codes every time to get a charge, or get Techline Connect on a dedicated laptop and pay $45 for a license for the vehicles' VIN and then update the firmware on HPCM2, ie hybrid computer 2, the computer under the passenger seat i think is the 1 that needs updating to ease it's loss of isolation sensitivity.
I had the exact problem with my 2013. $300 dealer "repair" was not for replacing anything! Just "reprogramming the battery management system." I hope it's a permanent fix.
What can i do i have the same problem on my 2011 volt i went to oreillys and deleted the code but check engine still there and does not wanna charge anybody?
