I love mine he eats all my spaghetti worms does a great job not had any problems with him in my reef tank ....great video I am looking for a easy angel fish would appreciate it if you could do a video on the smallest and easiest
Live or frozen blackworms and those live clams at the grocery store! One of my favorite fish and they really don’t pick at zoas but mine pick at my staghorn acroporas all the time...
I have one in a reef, 6 months and never picked at a coral. I got him to start eating with live blackworms. I do have him with another Butterfly fish, a heniochus and there has never been an issue. They are always together
hey i know your comment is a year old but i was wondering if you had that heniochus in your reef tank. seen some others have one in a reef but everyone recommends against it. what is your experience?
Hey Brock, I have an 80 gallon tang and i got a Yellow tang inside. I got a huge amount of aptaisa in my tank and i thought about getting the Copperband. I read that some say that the yellow tang would kill him. What is you thought about that?
My copperband was always being bullied by my yellow tang. The YT would always go bother my copperband on the complete opposite side of my 180 reef tank. Took out my YT for a 3 month time out. He's in a 55gallon atm. The introduction stage is crucial imo. Add territorial fish last on your list.
Some Roblox devs have very little knowledge on fish species. In a “guess the” type of game, I saw an image of a copperband butterflyfish, and I couldn’t get through after saying copperband butterflyfish. I tried the other animals in the image, like aiptasia anemone, open brain coral, and even green hair algae, coz I thought that was it! The answer was just fish. I did it with the turtle, I tried green sea turtle, no other creatures, and the answer was just turtle. I’m never gonna play the game again because it is such a pain for me to see people uneducated about fish. Nice vid btw, too bad they aren’t that reef safe!
Is it normal for a scopas tang to chase a copperband round the tank, like it’s not even in a friendly way... we’re probably gunna have to get rid of the scopas tang I wish we had a nice scopas not a bad one Edit: anyone got any ideas before we get rid of the scopas? Please tell me I don’t wanna get rid of either of them
HTTYD Gacha Have you tried putting them “in timeout” a lot of times we will trap one in the corner with a net to try and calm down the aggression. Make sure you’re feeding everyone a lot too. That will help lower aggression.

Can I keep one with a scopas tang and regal tang?
HTTYD Gacha Normally Yes. You might see some aggression when you first introduce them into the tank together though. Just turn the lights out.
