    Nice to see a CLEAN high calorie full day of eating for a change! I'd swap some chicken for beef or lamb and a bit more cruciferous vegetables personally but everyone's different.

    I don't quite understand the protein to fat ratio unless I assume this is for contest prep as he's leaning out, but then I would say I don't understand the calorie content.
    300g of protein is redundantly high for him, especially if he's at maintenance or a caloric surplus. He could probably get by more than fine with 25% less protein (1.6g per kg of body weight while at calorie maintenance) and swapping the calories for carbs to better fuel high level workouts or for more fats (although he seems to have enough for hormonal support), making it a bit easier to get the food volume down.
    I would love a more in depth explanation on this from him or his coach. Maybe it's purely due to preference in food choices and he doesn't mind.

    If he's on a bulk, why not just deep fry the potatoes instead of airfry? And also why not just cook with the oil instead of sprinkling it on top? AND why not use just whole eggs instead of incorporating egg whites too? Genuinely curious

      Given whole eggs are 70kcal and there's 3, then 600g potatoes at 80kcal per 100 plus egg whites and sauce, I'd say it was pretty unlikely it isn't over 750.
