Great stuff! The new KIA truck is interesting. I just purchased a new Tacoma and it looks like this might be a competitor.

I recall the first Hyundai cars that were imported into the US. They’ve come a very long way. Not so sure about a hydrogen powered car here in the US because you end up with the same problem as EV’s, infrastructure.

Hydrogen would be used for truck to transport from the dock to warehouse.

Great report, Lauren! I'm very encouraged to see Hyundai pursuing hydrogen fuel cells and other alternatives to EVs.

Lots of new interesting designs. Myself personally, unless there is a way to disable the mandated kill switch, speed limiter, and GPS tracking systems, then I will never purchase a new vehicle again.

Laura, I'm sure you know Kia and Hyundai hired BMW top designers and engineers! Kimchi w/ some Bratwurst is pretty good! Hitting a homerun since!

Kudos to your walking backwards ability, throughout the entire video.
Laura, is it easier for smaller countries to build EVs than ICE vehicles? It seems as if there has been more of an explosion of manufacturing for EVs, like never before Thx

Does GM have anything there at the expo? They are making the Envista there in South Korea.

Casper looks like an electric Venue..🤮
Bring over the turbo 3 cyl Bayon to the USA. Put the turbo 2.0 L back into the Kona. Put the 2.5L turbo into the Tuscon.
Quit wasting time and noney on EV unwanted junk.
Then overpriced ICE cars to make up for the EV costs and low sales of them.🙆💰🤑🤡🍋🤡

Please no Electric Vehicles (EV's)... I Knew someone who was Sideswiped by an Ambulance in California, 2 weeks later he goes to pick-up his Vehicle. At the Shop there was a lady screaming at the Shop Service guy on why her Hyundia was still taken apart after 2.5 months.. The service guy said your parts are in the Container Ship in the Pacific Ocean, then it will go thru Customs then to the Hyundia Distribution Center, then to dealership. So expect to get here in 4 to 6 Months maybe 3 more since we had to wait already 2.5 months. She Asked can't you expedite, and he said it'll be $25,000 more than the cost of the vehicle. and Insurance won't pay that. Lady asked the Guy i Knew how long was your vehicle here? He said 2 weeks. She asked what is it a Ford Ranger. Service guy said there you Go buy American...👩🏻‍🚀🤘🏻🏎🏎🏁🏁🚩🚩🌲🌲⛰⛰🧗🏻

That is far from facts on parts. Someone is not telling her the truth

      This was 15 years ago.
I know Toyota & Honda by-pass the High import taxes, and all parts are either made or pre-Shipped to USA for Assembly.
It's possible her insurance was going thru investigation and reimbursement process with the other Vehicle(s).
Manufacturer's could try giving me an Electric Vehicle ( EV's ) I wouldn't Accept it led alone buy one.
They're toxic to the Environment, and the United States had 4 Recycling ♻️ Centers, and none are in California due to Environmental Impact. The Phoenix Arizona location burned down, in April 2024.
Lithium-Ion Battery 🔋 Packs are toxic to mine, and more so to Our Ground Water 💧 after its end use.
The Petrol ⛽️ or gasoline ⛽️ engines Fail they are easily reforged, into a new engine or something else. Not so easy to Recycle Lithium-Ion.
I wasn't happy with viewing 2 different videos on slight road damage on the Belly Pan of 2 different Hyundai Ionic 5 2 years old. Costing more than the Vehicle or even as much as new. Warranty won't replace it, and insurance deems a total loss.
Seen 2 year old Tesla's, with 2 Battery 🔋 Pack replacements. How is this cost effective for any manufacturer, and convenient to customers, as well as, cost effective for Consumers. Also, replacement of the Battery 🔋 Packs are not helpful to the Environment either. I had viewed Tesla technicians replace partial ( the bad cells). The bad cells are Corrosive Acidic, chemicals that Leak a Brownish Orange Gel... and viewed 3 Tesla's in a single collision, and ended in unpaved junkyard.. clean the Air and Pollute our Ground Water 💧
      Wonderful future.
Last year I spoke to someone in Hawaii about this. He said there are EV's stacked up 30 feet high or 3 story Building high. All over the Islands 🏝. In August to September for 6 weeks the Islands were on fire. Incase your not aware of the chemical reactions with water and Lithium-Ion.
🧑‍🚀🤘🏎🏁🚩 Think of how being in a 2 plus ➕️ mile tunnel during traffic? Ever seen what it takes to break the windows off the Tesla's.. not even a sledge hammer can break it... B is Biuld showed how to escape from a burning Tesla'
