Didayi tribal community is one of the PVTG groups in the state of Odisha. We spent some time with a family from the Diddy community. This tribal family living in a small village in Malkangiri district cooked and fed us a very special meal. This food was made from the ants brought from the forest. Raw turmeric, red chili and salt were used in this.
डिडायी आदिवासी समुदाय ओडिशा के पीवीटीजी समूहों में से एक है. हमने डिडायी समुदाय के एक परिवार के साथ कुछ समय बिताया. मल्कानगिरी ज़िले के एक छोटे से गाँव में रहने वाले इस आदिवासी परिवार ने हमें एक बेहद ख़ास खाना बना कर खिलाया. यह खाना जंगल से जमा कर के लाई गई चींटियों से बनाया गया था. इसमें कच्ची हल्दी, लाल मिर्च और नमक का इस्तेमाल किया गया.
