But how long can such protection persist? Or how often do we come back to charge? And the energy can cover family members at one time? Does it apply to hospital where the energy is not so clean? Thank you so much ❤
That is up to you. You can set the intention for time or ask for more protection. You can come back as often as you feel called. It is received by anyone who sets the intention to accept. I have an affirmation that I set for each one of my sessions for the purpose that you can continually use the affirmation daily. Simply stating the affirmation will set the intention for you to protect yourself and activate to higher frequencies.
