Thank you so much for this. It confirms my observation about TaeHyung. He truly has a special gift. He understands a lot of things that most normal human beings don't, its so uncanny, his perceptions and perspectives are beyond what we normally see. At times when he seems quiet, he's actually observing. He does have the curiosity of a child and I hope he doesn't lose it because it's a wonderful thing. He is so beautiful in many ways. Also his intelligence is not learned, not something from school or college, it's inherent, something he was born with.

tæ lien I realized that I really relate to Tae here, I try so hard to hide my feelings because it makes me uncomfortable to be vulnerable and I feel like no one wants to hear what I’m going through. I agree. Taehyung is not just genius but street smart, too. He can think of things and ways not learned from text books. I am still amazed by how he was able to determine the pitch of the chicken, by how he is so creative...by how he is so observant. I am also amazed how he can remember all of their own choreographies and other idols too, how he knows a lot of songs and be able to sing it and memorize the lyrics not just modern songs but even classical and old ones. When he and Jungkook had karaoke singing, and Jungkook kept on rejecting his choices of songs, he let Jungkook chose the song they would be singing as he knows all the songs that Jungkook knows. And also when he speaks because his mind thinks so fast, his mouth sometimes could not keep up, that’s why sometimes he stutters making other members think he does not speak well. Most of the times, too, on their run episodes, even the members are amazed by his answers. I can’t specifically tell all the instances but I am amazed as well. What you would also call an uneducated genius. It’s clear that he has a naturally high level of intelligence in all aspects but it appears to have been overlooked, underestimated and not recognised, encouraged or actively developed throughout his life. They are the people who don’t know how clever they are, are easily misunderstood and that’s why some people often regard them as ‘dumb’ or ‘odd’ Compared to someone like Namjoon who had a very good education and who’s natural intelligence was actively encouraged and developed, Taehyung seems to have been left to his own devices. It’s not necessarily a bad thing because it can result in a wonderfully unique perspective and personality but it’s pretty much why Yoongi described him as both a fool and a genius

I’ve seen these traits in him all along but I was never able to fully express it or put it into words. Since the first time I to get to know BTS members I always thought that Taehyung is extremely smart person, that's the first thing I observed watching him. People always say blank V and laugh (I know cuz he looks so cute and everything), but people who go blank a lot are those who have a lot going through their minds when pay attention to something, to the point they get lost in their on thoughts forgetting to react with the outside world. It’s always the quiet ones that get misunderstood. “Smart” is the ABILITY to learn, comprehend, grasp concepts, think deeply etc. Knowledge is how much information you’ve learned and obtained. Anyone can gain knowledge, literally just about anyone....but not everyone is “smart” on a deeper level. Not everyone is intelligent. People with goofy personalities, who act silly, act “weird”, are quiet, or even who may not have a lot of knowledge per se...can be some of THE smartest people you know. Just because they don’t know a lot of “facts” or aren’t experts in one particular area, doesn’t mean they aren’t HIGHLY intelligent. I could tell V was intelligent just by watching him talk. Even though he doesn’t talk much, sometimes (and often) jumbles his words or gets lost in thought while talking, doesn’t mean he’s not intelligent. Worse part is, those of us who are extremely smart (not to sound arrogant, hope it doesn’t come off that way, but yet, I’m extremely intelligent, but I’m also an introvert, goofy/silly, “weird” etc) get ridiculed either way. If we aren’t spitting facts and just being ourselves, we get called aloof, dense, silly, goofy, etc but when we show our intelligence people say we’re trying to be a know it all, nerdy, geeky etc It’s okay to be smart AND show it.....(that was an FYI, not necessarily about him) I won’t go into every point as the maker of this video already did an excellent job pointing out how and why he is extremely intelligent!! Do NOT let the quietness, goofiness, “weirdness” etc fool you - that’s just the fun side of his personality...and usually smart people are very, very creative (like Tae) There’s a lot going on in their brain, the cogs are always turning and it’s like a party in your mind....it’s almost restless at times, which is where the silly, goofy, hyperactive, and creative personality traits stem from. Tae, WE know you’re highly intelligent! Hell, all of them are! But that doesn’t mean we aren’t good or smart enough. I think ee are all intelligent in many ways. I’m an army by just five months, but I know BTS for over a year. I always liked their songs and I used to listen to them, but I never really “approached” the group. Some months ago I decided to learn more about them. I started study their names and their songs, and I've always been more fond of them, to the point that I could not spend a single day without listening to their songs. At the beginning I used to look at them as some cute korean guys with amazing dancing skills and powerful voices, but now that I know them so well, I consider them as an example. They teach me to love myself and how to see the world from different angles; they teach me to achieve my dreams step by step. They mean everything to me. Seeing this video make my day, not only because I love Kim Taehyung to madness, but because people have to know how he’s so deep and creative. He’s not only an handsome korean guy with a baby attitude and a lot of fame, he’s our example, the person that inspires us everyday: that’s what he want too, to become a good example for his fans. At 6:07 the way Suga shrugged his shoulders and smiled like "wow he really amazes me" almost made me cry. For some reason I think at one point all the members thought V was empty headed and just goofy, But when the right moment came they discovered that V is an actual intellectual and is a deep thinker.

Thank you so much for making this video. There's a lot of Taehyung content out there, from his cuteness to sexiness etc. but it's rare to find these kinds of videos, especially with this much views. This really reached a huge audience. I hope those who believe Tae is just a pretty face will wake up and realize that he's much more than that. If he can use his left and right hand, it shows that his left and right cerebral hemispheres are active and dominant... Normally, there is only 1 hemisphere which is proactive. That's more proof of his uniqueness.. Thats more proof of his intelligence...
Wow! I share quite a few things in common with Tae, but I will never say that I am a genius - because I am not and never will be (There is always something to learn to help make me smarter, though - LOL!) I am ambidextrous - for the most part and that was encouraged highly by my parents. Me, my brother and one of my sisters are all somewhat ambidextrous. I don't know about the cerebral aspect of it all... I just like the fact that I can concentrate on two different things at the same time, I get more done that way. Also, it makes it easier to eat with whatever hand the utensil is closest to (yes, that includes chopsticks). LOL. I am also and ENFP like Tae. It was funny going through my old report cards from school and every single one of them said something like, "Extremely High Imagination, Strong Social and Communicative Skills, Needs help with Math," LOL! Thank you so much for this. It confirms my observation about TaeHyung. He truly has a special gift. He understands a lot of things that most normal human beings don't, its so uncanny, his perceptions and perspectives are beyond what we normally see. At times when he seems quiet, he's actually observing. He does have the curiosity of a child and I hope he doesn't lose it because it's a wonderful thing. He is so beautiful in many ways. Also his intelligence is not learned, not something from school or college, it's inherent, something he was born with.

I agree. Taehyung is not just genius but street smart, too. He can think of things and ways not learned from text books. I am still amazed by how he was able to determine the pitch of the chicken, by how he is so creative...by how he is so observant. I am also amazed how he can remember all of their own choreographies and other idols too, how he knows a lot of songs and be able to sing it and memorize the lyrics not just modern songs but even classical and old ones. When he and Jungkook had karaoke singing, and Jungkook kept on rejecting his choices of songs, he let Jungkook chose the song they would be singing as he knows all the songs that Jungkook knows. And also when he speaks because his mind thinks so fast, his mouth sometimes could not keep up, that’s why sometimes he stutters making other members think he does not speak well. Most of the times, too, on their run episodes, even the members are amazed by his answers. I can’t specifically tell all the instances but I am amazed as well. I just love him and I’m happy to Stan someone who is extra ordinary in so many ways. Usually geniuses could not stay still, that’s why he had that kind of energy every time. 💜Kim taehyung

What you would also call an uneducated genius.
It’s clear that he has a naturally high level of intelligence in all aspects but it appears to have been overlooked, underestimated and not recognised, encouraged or actively developed throughout his life.
They are the people who don’t know how clever they are, are easily misunderstood and that’s why some people often regard them as ‘dumb’ or ‘odd’
Compared to someone like Namjoon who had a very good education and who’s natural intelligence was actively encouraged and developed, Taehyung seems to have been left to his own devices.
It’s not necessarily a bad thing because it can result in a wonderfully unique perspective and personality but it’s pretty much why Yoongi described him as both a fool and a genius

I’ve seen these traits in him all along but I was never able to fully express it or put it into words. Videos like this do such a great job showing the rest of the world how wonderful of a human he is. He’s not just the “weird” member. Since the first time I to get to know BTS members I always thought that Taehyung is extremely smart person, that's the first thing I observed watching him. One of the first things I knew about V was that he listens to jazz and since then I knew he was special 💜
He create TaTa and Purple,writing many songs,his fun and creativity on stage followed by members,his speech,the way he dress,his social ability also great,and now he's BTS visual manager. He is genius without you noticing,bcoz sometimes he is so pure like a kid.
And this is the reason as to why I have multiple Biases. ^-^ I don’t even feel bad.

Taehyung always says the simple but att the same time very hard things that many of people are not able to think about, for example when BTS member should give a definition of happiness it was hard for them to describe it but taehyung described it simply:" att having no worries att that moment is happiness." It seems simple but actually it's very deliberate definition.its hard for many people to find it

It’s always the quiet ones that get misunderstood. “Smart” is the ABILITY to learn, comprehend, grasp concepts, think deeply etc. Knowledge is how much information you’ve learned and obtained. Anyone can gain knowledge, literally just about anyone....but not everyone is “smart” on a deeper level. Not everyone is intelligent. People with goofy personalities, who act silly, act “weird”, are quiet, or even who may not have a lot of knowledge per se...can be some of THE smartest people you know. Just because they don’t know a lot of “facts” or aren’t experts in one particular area, doesn’t mean they aren’t HIGHLY intelligent. I could tell V was intelligent just by watching him talk. Even though he doesn’t talk much, sometimes (and often) jumbles his words or gets lost in thought while talking, doesn’t mean he’s not intelligent. Worse part is, those of us who are extremely smart (not to sound arrogant, hope it doesn’t come off that way, but yet, I’m extremely intelligent, but I’m also an introvert, goofy/silly, “weird” etc) get ridiculed either way. If we aren’t spitting facts and just being ourselves, we get called aloof, dense, silly, goofy, etc but when we show our intelligence people say we’re trying to be a know it all, nerdy, geeky etc It’s okay to be smart AND show it.....(that was an FYI, not necessarily about him) I won’t go into every point as the maker of this video already did an excellent job pointing out how and why he is extremely intelligent!! Do NOT let the quietness, goofiness, “weirdness” etc fool you - that’s just the fun side of his personality...and usually smart people are very, very creative (like Tae) There’s a lot going on in their brain, the cogs are always turning and it’s like a party in your mind....it’s almost restless at times, which is where the silly, goofy, hyperactive, and creative personality traits stem from. Tae, WE know you’re highly intelligent! Hell, all of them are!
I only did this long post because I’ve seen other people, so many of them, come after him saying he’s stupid, slow, goofy but brainless, can’t speak well etc He’s just quiet & a happy guy.....don’t underestimate him.
I really agree with you but still... I am a very quiet person with some weirdo moments but I am not a genius so every person having those characteristics may not be stupid but may not be a genius ( if you don't understand that's because I have too much to say in a sentence ).

Exactly SO MANY teachers and ppl in general think I'm stupid bc I joke around all the time but I'm actually paying attention to what they say and learning. And then one day philosophize a situation and give my theories about life and ppl comparing them to planets and space they call me extra weirdo and ask me where I copied it from and I tell them I was inspired by Corbyn Besson to form this theory and they just look at me.

But that doesn’t mean we aren’t good or smart enough. I think ee are all intelligent in many ways. Even people who have learning disabilities or maybe they didn’t get proper education but yet they are still intelligent. Never underestimate yourself when it comes to people thinking that you’re stupid. That means they haven’t known you long enough or they just didn’t really talk to you often to know enough

I’m an army by just five months, but I know BTS for over a year. I always liked their songs and I used to listen to them, but I never really “approached” the group. Some months ago I decided to learn more about them. I started study their names and their songs, and
I've always been more fond of them, to the point that I could not spend a single day without listening to their songs.
At the beginning I used to look at them as some cute korean guys with amazing dancing skills and powerful voices, but now that I know them so well, I consider them as an example. They teach me to love myself and how to see the world from different angles; they teach me to achieve my dreams step by step.
They mean everything to me. Seeing this video make my day, not only because I love Kim Taehyung to madness, but because people have to know how he’s so deep and creative. He’s not only an handsome korean guy with a baby attitude and a lot of fame, he’s our example, the person that inspires us everyday: that’s what he want too, to become a good example for his fans.
So Armys, this guys are golden and I’m sure they love us as much as we love them.

Taehyung was made and raised right, to mold him into the person he is today. Let’s thank his parents, grandparents, family, friends and bts for supporting him and raising our Taehyung throughout his life. I don’t believe that just anyone is perfect because we all have our own flaws but I also don’t believe people who claim that he’s not special because he is a very different character in our lives and he means a lot to us.
I cried. I feel like he's done so much to acheive this, and yet still people don't understand it. They call him stupid for being too slow. Or they just straight up still stick to his old nickname "4d V" When hes said multiple times he doesnt like it. Hes worked so hard to be where he is, he had to repress his feelings just like all of the other members. He even performed when his grandmother passed away. At 6:07 the way Suga shrugged his shoulders and smiled like "wow he really amazes me" almost made me cry. For some reason I think at one point all the members thought V was empty headed and just goofy, But when the right moment came they discovered that V is an actual intellectual and is a deep thinker.
People only call him a stupid 4D alien because he thinks differently from all of us. He is truly unique in the way his mind works. The way he sees the world will never be understood by a lot of people.

Wow! I share quite a few things in common with Tae, but I will never say that I am a genius - because I am not and never will be (There is always something to learn to help make me smarter, though - LOL!) I am ambidextrous - for the most part and that was encouraged highly by my parents. Me, my brother and one of my sisters are all somewhat ambidextrous. I don't know about the cerebral aspect of it all... I just like the fact that I can concentrate on two different things at the same time, I get more done that way. Also, it makes it easier to eat with whatever hand the utensil is closest to (yes, that includes chopsticks). LOL. I am also and ENFP like Tae. It was funny going through my old report cards from school and every single one of them said something like, "Extremely High Imagination, Strong Social and Communicative Skills, Needs help with Math," LOL!
