Probably last time you saw his original hairs. After this it’s all wigs since Bade mian chote mian. Not to mention the chin reduction which doesn’t require Botox but fat removal. Otherwise he would look like @7:10 with very few hairs.

Nope he uses hair system/patch.You can easily make out his skull cant be seen from the point of partition.Yes there are hair patches that has skin color base with natural hairline.But the one amitabh wears,it can be easily identified.Moreover hair transplant cant give that type of density.
His hair patch density is equivalent to his real hair density when he was in his 30s or early 40s.Even if he had done transplant,you can't gain back that type of density even at young age forget about anyone of amitabh's age. No matter how good or costly is your transplant.
