Nope he uses hair system/patch.You can easily make out his skull cant be seen from the point of partition.Yes there are hair patches that has skin color base with natural hairline.But the one amitabh wears,it can be easily identified.Moreover hair transplant cant give that type of density.
His hair patch density is equivalent to his real hair density when he was in his 30s or early 40s.Even if he had done transplant,you can't gain back that type of density even at young age forget about anyone of amitabh's age. No matter how good or costly is your transplant.

I completely agree with MR. BACCHAN. If MEDIA has the right to ban a celebrity then that particular celebrate has also the right to ban media. But there should be understanding between media and celebrities and both should not cross their line.

Mast. Why big b shud ask for justice to SSR? One shud fight his own battle & SSR shud have opened up to media whatever issues he had but he didn't & he even did not leave suicide note. Tanushri started me too movement being a lady. SSR shud have come up with nepotism issues if he had. He was supremely talented.
It was not SSR but people who used his death and his emotionally weak father due his death as a weapon from behind the scenes. Almost whole bollywood and maharashtra government was targeted. People in this situation would support the movement for SSR when they're targeted using the same movement as a weapon? SSR case was politicized and it became dirty this shouldn't have happened.
