    I’ve just discovered this from listening to Talking Soprano’s. As a healthcare professional on the front of Covid I needed to find something to try and give my mind peace and quiet. The stress of a running mind . It’s very helpful, I didn’t except the positive results. I’m going to keep going .

    This is my second session, and I wonder if you're going to keep do the thing that happened this session where you edit out the meditation. For some reason my thoughts were dominated by how much time was passing, to the point where I was having trouble I didn't have during session 1. Mainly I just am curious so I can set up some kind of timer for myself. Honestly, if you just put up the black screen with the words "five minute meditation" or whatever and maybe leave a room tone, it would make a great timer. Just s thought.
    Anyway, I love that you're doing this. I think is absolutely the perfect confluence of timing and you being the right person to do this, so thank you.
