It's drill, in drill you perform movements, and doing drill as a team can make a unit look presentable and have team synergy, this is hybrid drill which combined the 2 teams, Exhibition, and unarmed. Ofc they're not gonna dance for the enemy. It's not nonsense it's drill. This is also a marine corp JROTC, not army I believe
