@@justthejourney1 Nonsense, content quality should decide ranking, not how much of your personal information you are prepared to sacrifice. @T B , you can use a local service to provide an address that isn't your own (post offices usually offer this service and forward any mail received to your actual address) and get a local Skype number to protect your real phone number.

An address where people can send mail that gets to you is no different from your real address except the "creepy" stalker types will have more difficulty actually locating you. Pretty much every content creator with any sort of following has had issues with followers at some point during their career and would advise you take whatever steps you can to protect yourself. Similarly, using a Skype number that you can forward to your phone during your work hours and forward to an answering service the rest of the time is no different from a phone that you answer in the office and forward to voicemail when you go home. Finally, literally none of the above has anything to do with content quality.

Not sure if you read comments but I'd LOVE your input on whether you should write individual blog posts based on a heading on a large blog post e.g. On a big blog post about checking your dog for ticks, one heading is how to identify the shape. You answer it but link to a separate blog that is entirely about identifying the shape in more detail. What's the right balance between interlinking for more traffic and giving the reader all the detail so they feel confident they have the answer they need
Quick question(s): Why should the link from the supporting page to the target page be in the 1st paragraph of the supporting pages (in the virtual silo)? Does it really need to be in the 1st paragraph?

The free Rankmath SEO plugin has the HTML sitemap feature. You just toggle a button in the settings and then you can choose a page to put it on, or you can create a page and use their shortcode to insert the sitemap on the page wherever you want.

Some very good information I'll adopt. Sitemap. Page link. Phone number and address!? I had my phone number on a site as suggested and after 6 months I was getting over 100 spam calls/messages a day. I don't know if it was from the site but I did not get them before. Not keen on the idea. But if Google expect it then I guess a non used phone number. I used to go to sites to get email address and business address to send out promotional emails (another life). Now I find most emails are hidden or a 'general' email for many business's with 'no reply'. I still get a ton of junk mail daily. What do you do? Google who push security sign on vs Google who wants you to promote your home address and phone.

I had no idea Organization schema was a thing, or that I could use different schemas for different pages - so that was very helpful!
