I just got a Cheetah C32F-N I am hoping to zero in tomorrow, I have to say the instructions that come with it and they have online from the company are "lacking" to put it politely. Very helpful to see some demonstrations on it that show/explain how to use the functions better, and hopefully will save me some of my hunting ammo to zero in with.
.i use the foxpro ir torch and turn the ir off on the cheetah..battery on the unit lasts alot longer...great vid mate..

Cheers buddy, it was a little long winded but needed to be to get all the info in really, it was a labour of love working with them though, definitely worth it as the cheetah is absolutely banging now

Hey oop wayne. I purchased this cheetah last monday. Updated it via the Sight App. Its an amazing scope. Gone on my fx dynamic compact takedown. Been in touch with Hik today and the next update with BC is expected end of this month(march). Great customer service from them with the swift reply...£599....bargain methinks👍👍👍

Just bought one of these myself and the thing ive noticed straight off the bat is that when in standby mode the IR stays on.
I questioned this too however I was informed this is by design and not a fault as apparently many users use the unit tethered to a phone via WiFi and you can still do this in standby mode 🤷🏼♂️

If you compare before and after update of your footage of security alarm box the field of view is exactly the same ,is the magnification the same ?,if optical mag is 2.7 dont think you can change that .ive done update but not had chance to see what its like .well done
Great video and well done communicating with HM and getting your updates introduced. Was about to get the LRF version for my Vixen, is your / HM firmware available via HM ? Wouldn’t want to get one and have to wait months for the official upgrade…… Cheers
I have the Alex and I was going to get the cheetah for the LRF that the Alex hasn’t got . but only to find on here TH-cam with Scott county that there is a aplenty coming out with LRF. And ballistic calculator so I going to wait for the new alpex as I like it’s a scope

yes super image quality there but the ballistic calculator always points my interrest to the compatition like P**D😉
Does this have a First focal plane reticle option like the Alpex does? I thought I may have seen it adjusting as you zoom but not sure.

Hi mate I was just wondering what would you choose the hikmicro cheetah lrf or the arken Zulus lrf I see you have used both I can't decide which one to go for thank Leon.

I’m currently awaiting the ballistic calculator firmware update for the cheetah to bring it in line with the Arken Zulus…
At the moment the Zulus offers more than the cheetah but that’s going to change with this update that’s coming very soon, obviously I haven’t tested the new firmware yet so if I was pushed for a answer here and now it would be the Zulus at this moment in time but that may change in the near future

Having updated the Cheetah to the latest version including the ballistic calculator…. I must say I’m impressed. Mainly using when ratting and it’s good.
X 6 Base mag is too much for hunting, should have been kept where it was
Can you tell me what flood and spot means.
The infrared zoomed in is spot, wound back as far as it comes creates a wider infrared beam so it’s known as flood
