We were on this ship last August 2024 and this cruise director was the best we'd ever had. MSC does it right when it comes to celebrating the veterans and all the branches of the military.
Lovely footage! Ocean Cay is a very special place! I heard that the construction in progress is for MSC Foundation’s Marine Conservation Centre. Apparently researchers and biologists will study the reef and marine life, and the center will include displays and educational opportunities for tourists. Sounds delightful!
When we were on Meraviglia a couple years ago we thought drink weren't included in Hola Tacos either, but they told us our drink package easy plus would get us a basic margarita frozen or on the rocks.
When you were on lighthouse beach snorkeling…did you notice if the scuba center was open? My scuba friends and I are waiting for it to open before making the journey.
That is one thing I dislike about the dining packages. You pay for the speciality dining packages and then they place limitations on what you are allowed to get.
You can use it in specialty dining and coffee anywhere on the ship, but your free diamond member meal doesn’t include beverages if you don’t have the drink package (you must have drink package to get beverages, as stated in an earlier comment at hola tacos you can get the basic alcoholic drinks for free with your drink package), also remember your beverage package works on the private island and a lot of cruise lines exempt their private islands from the drink package

I loved Hola tacos. It was my favorite restaurant on board.
Ocean Cay is our favorite private island-it is gorgeous, and there are plenty of places that aren’t crowded.
