I liked the video except for that awful choice of music at 8:58. It was much too loud & made no sense to the feeling of the film. Apart from that it was good to get an insight into ADHD life.

After watching this I might have some level of ADHD. I zone out when someone is talking to me and then I need to tell myself to focus, but I am very organized and focused while working.
ADHD affects everyone differently. When my friend told me she got diagnosed with ADHD I didn’t really get it, as most of what she was talking about was just our personalities…. I’ve now also been diagnosed with it 😂. I found it really helpful to watch videos of people talking about their ADHD experiences, as I connected more with that than some ticklist (mostly because I kept dismissing things as just a normal amount without realising just how often I do them).

Adhd and pre-menopause must be very similar. This is me right now. Folding laundry, then texting, oh my cuppa tea, then water plant. Lol (everything except for the dating part) Hate getting old. 😢
(I wonder 💭, if a person choose to not feel an emotion, therefore they “stop” experiencing or thinking about that emotion…is that part of what cause adhd? The inner system just is bouncy - in constant avoidance.
