I live near near one of the last Rax. Sometime in the past year a bad windstorm blew off the sign. Since its the last one they haven't been able to fix it. Instead they just have a small flag with the name up in it's place. Also I think covid may have killed their salad bar. That part I'm not definitive on since I haven't gone inside.
