The adults today are probably the lowest of the lows and the best of the best. Unfortunately the assholes says controlling things. Young people don't get to experience fun without insane violence. This was the start of a breath of pure musical inspiration 1980/1 - having absorbed the back end of ‘prog rock that really wasn’t very musically progressive. That period of time was pitiful in the Uk/London for all sorts of reasons - this little shoot rose up from the heap and just lit us up! Great song, sung & produced beautifully! Man in the early 80’s when I discovered this music and the fashions of this time, it was so incredible bc it was so new in America. I mean when we used to go clubbing and dress like these artist, many average ppl. would look bc we look like we came from space. Lol! I remember getting my first Claude Montana jacket that was blue and had neon trim, you stood out if you dressed that way in day y to time. I remember wearing it one time and this Chinese restaurant owner said to why are you wearing that jacket?! As tho he couldn’t wrap his head around why I was looking that way and I thought I was tame looking that day. Lol!
It was played by the voice of america radio station - arabic in the early 80s..was played between the broadcasting items....i was a kid and remember that so well..anyone confirm this ?
