I like David more and more when I see him in interviews, he always seems like he's the only one put together during the interviews during this time and he's super nice too. For example when the first fan asked the question he was like "Nice to meet you" before she asked her question I think that's super cool.
I remember i was probably 15 yrs old at this time, went to the Limp Bizkit afterwards, At the concert crowd was chanting KORN thinking the band was coming out to the stage they didnt. Then went to the Sick & Twisted Concert when Korn came back.
I watched some interview with jd the other day, maybe the steve o one, he said something along the lines of, he keeps getting older but the fans stay the same age, lol. He also says he sees a lot old fans bringing their kids to shows. But yeah, it is kinda weird to see the band surrounded by a bunch of thirsty teenaged girls in this interview... I get it tho, I was 12 when I got into korn, and I was beyond obsessed with jd. I'm 36 now & haven't listened to korn since I was 15 or 16, but just decided to throw on life is peachy the other day, and all the old feelings came rushing back, guess I'm gonna love korn forever.
@@pandap4ntz I was at their concert last year. Maybe the first two rows were teen girls and boys but in general the people there consisted of very diverse age group!

He was dealing with sobriety around this time for the first time after years of abusing alcohol! J.D went sober cold turkey around the time they were recording the Issues album (1999) Also, let's not forget this man worked as a coroners assistant before Korn blew up! 🤣J.D really does have a dark side, it's not just for show. Limp Bizkit played Toronto that day at the Skydome.I watched that interview and went to the concert.
And I bet you come twice then ?
Damn, I remember this interview. Found out they were back in Toronto 4 months later and found great tickets. "Sick and Twisted tour" was amazing.
I also went to a sick and twisted show in Toronto that was originally postponed due to puddle of mudd... waiting to see them play drove me nuts.
I was there too! That show was a few weeks after my 17th birthday; my mom got me the tickets as my gift that year.
