Does anyone know how to use the rewards. ’m in the peach tier, and I try to put in my rewards but it doesn’t work

I've only seen the option to use reward points when you checkout. So once you view cart and proceed to check out, you do have to be logged in your account it should appear. There is 2 places for drop down options one is for a code or promo code option and then the second one is the reward drop down box. It will tell you the different options you have in points and what they are equivalent to in discount. I haven't used points but I have seen this is where I would if I want to. If that doesn't help I'm not sure why it isn't automatically popping up as a drop down option on check out.
