Please can you prepare a plan for 40*60 East phasing plot.. It should consist as per below: Ground floor- Half parking and remaing house should be duplex until 1st floor. GF should consist of Big hall, 1Bedroom with attach Bathroom, Dining hall and kitchen and 1 common Toilet. 1st floor should have 4 Bedrooms with all attach Bathrooms, 1 hall, 1 small pantry area, 1 theatre room 2nd floor should consist of 3 houses of 2bhk for rent purpose. Additionally it should have lift, Generator area, little garden place

I have watched your other videos, I found them very interesting and practical. Like basement parking, big hall in basement, bedrooms with large windows and OTS for proper ventilation.

Looks good but sliding pool cover will be a costly and difficult affair to manage.

Maybe this house is built for a buslim. They will do it anyways in middle of road, it's show of power.
