🥐 Walnut Pie
(Use 120g walnuts)
▣ Pie Crust
120g cake flour or all-purpose flour/ 50g butter/ 20g sugar
1g salt/30mL water or yolk
▣ Filling
60g sugar/20g melted butter
50g grain syrup/2 eggs/2g cinnamon powder
▣ Oven
Preheat oven to 320 degrees F, n bake for 40minutes
40 minutes at 160 degrees
