Whenever I think of "creativity" or need inspiration to make something, I go back to THIS. THIS, is just the culmination of so many cool ideas and edits, like OH my god. It's like one of the greatest fusion dishes of all time: a DBZ Themed Video with a touch of memes and other anime like Jojo and One Piece, culminating into something entirely on it's own. I always come back to this to research "why" it radiates so many cool vibes, and I always come to the fact it excells at just showing so much love. It radiates "Gogeta-like" energy if it makes sense, always being so hype and fun, and absolutely reveling in it.
2:28's Impact Frames, Gogeta's Highlighted Glowing Eyes, and 5:50's Music sync. Oh my GOD the MUSIC SYNC MAN. There is a REASON it's the most viewed part, and it's because it's so GODDAMN good. Quite literally each hit, even the inbetweens keeping up with the song's funky beat, is in sync. EACH solid hit has it's own impact frame.
There are just so many other subtle things too; I DIDN'T KNOW CELL STADIUM AND DESTROYED WASTEFIELD DIDN"T HAVE A SUN. Gogeta's tail waving sounds, at 1:30 Gogeta doesn't actually have hair strands, and those were MANUALLY edited in to achieve a better menacing POV cause of how it waves in the wind...
The care and attention put into this was so damn magnificiant, it's humbling knowing the peak doesn't stop with the care and process for video editing. This video solely reminded me that there's so much to learn, and so much more to realize about how video editing actually works, so many ways to make a video entertaining. I love it so much.
Well you might've just given me the push that I needed to get back into editting nerf videos😳 you are the first person to comment and perhaps even notice all of these small details, it has given me a sense of satisfaction and relief for some reason😭.
