Go forward 930 chapters in the King James Bible and you see Matt 1:1, “The book of the generation of Jesus Christ..” Here is another: The word “bondage” is in the King James Bible 39 times, and the word “liberty” is in there 27 times. As I was listening to this and checking other versions, I noticed that “the Word” is the first change for “the Son”, and then in other versions, the verse is entirely absent as stated. All consonants and vowel counts are the same, but the word count increases by two from the beginning verse to the last verse. Do you think it’s because the Word/the Son comes twice between the beginning verse and the ending verse?

Sorry but isn't "bear" spelled "beare" in 1 John 5:7 in the original 1611 english spelling? This means 89 letters, not 88. I don't doubt the authenticity of the AKJV but we can't pretend the 1769 revision and the 1611 are identical. Am I wrong at all?

In the are example are is spelled the normal way in all versions I have so the e at the end should be counted, even though it's silent, because there is no alternative archaic spelling given in any version.

It may not be for 1611 but for a later printing before the spelling was standardized between Cambridge in 1762 and Oxford in 1769. I've used a couple of different websites and even photographic reproductions of the original 1611 and I still see 'beare'.
Elsewhere Ruckman claims there are fake 1611 bibles. I've heard antique booksellers claim the spelling hasn't changed from the original. Our English spellings came from the 1611 AV. It created a standard language started by Tyndale. There aren't really alternative routes to standardisation of spelling. Some of these fake KJVs look way too new.
There is something similar in the Qur'an, it's called Code 19. The advantage they have is that the Qur'an hasn't been changed in anyway since it was recited to Muhammad by God. So the code 19 is found in the actual/original language the book was written in. The Bible code on this video has to use the English King James Version of which when published in 1611 didn't include the letter "J" (so Jesus would be iesus, John would be iohn) until the 1629 version added the J. Personally I don't believe in the code thing, it seems that in any reasonably sized book a code can be discovered.

I've heard antique booksellers claim the spelling hasn't changed from the original.
Our English spellings came from the 1611 AV. It created a standard language started by Tyndale. There aren't really alternative routes to standardisation of spelling.

y is not always a vowel. He's counting the vowels.
There is something similar in the Qur'an, it's called Code 19. The advantage they have is that the Qur'an hasn't been changed in anyway since it was recited to Muhammad by God. So the code 19 is found in the actual/original language the book was written in. The Bible code on this video has to use the English King James Version of which when published in 1611 didn't include the letter "J" (so Jesus would be iesus, John would be iohn) until the 1629 version added the J. Personally I don't believe in the code thing, it seems that in any reasonably sized book a code can be discovered.
