Well it’s thinking outside of the box as Doom is melee and doesn’t benefit from the extra projectile speed, however it offers him a strong dot and slow basically giving him a super infernal blade when he hits for the first time. Doom has three natural dot’s(damage over time) so parasma gives him a fourth.

for fun, is useless for doom. he have a poor int grow.. 20% magic damage dont works on Doom ulti, is pure.. ok works for the other 2 spell if you hit enemy.. was better Kaya and Sange or Kaya and Yasha.. kaya give you more SPELL damage so works on Doom ulti
