Hi there, It was really good to hear you talking about your barefoot life. I go barefoot a lot, probably about 90% of the time. The only time I wear shoes is for work. I can really understand where you are coming when you spoke about barefooting in public and how people look at you strangely if they saw you barefoot. This has happened to me as well. I hope you do more videos like this in the future.
What a difference such a little piece of rubber, plastic, leather or whatever under your feet can make, right?... if you wore flip-flops, then hardly somebody would look at you strangely. At least not when it's warm or for private gatherings 😁
Hello, im barefoot over 20 years now. Mean while, I life nearly 100% without any footwear. I also had problems with cracks. I have had good experiences with foot cream containing urea. A cream with 10% urea is best. The sole of the foot remains supple. The cracks disappear. This makes it much easier to keep your feet clean. I am very careful about how my feet look. Most importantly, the dermis and calluses on the sole of the foot remain intact. I live in Northern Europe. Here it is extremely unusual to be completely barefoot all year round. Even in winter I'm barefoot, unless it gets really cold and disgusting. However, I can't remember the last time I wore my only pair of shoes...... All I know is I'm very uncomfortable in shoes. It surprises me that your barefoot walking in India is so conspicuous. I would not have thought that. I've been following your TH-cam channel for a long time. Keep it up. It would be nice if you would tell us why you came to run barefoot?
