If a High School team wears Jerseys with the Adidas logo on it are we able to incorporate that logo within the composite (small and at the bottom) from what I read on Adidas use of trademark they say no but how come everyone uses them in their designs?
When I design a poster for a kid, and it's going to be just in his room, I don't care about trademarks, I just use the logos that I know they kids will like. But if you're selling your design or it's going to be on-line, I'd check with a lawyer beforehand.

Keep in mind that for teaching purposes you can use lots of material that you wouldn't be able to use for commercial purposes.
