They look great! Tip, freeze the cheese sticks before you wrap them in the sausage and they will be less likely to leak.

This would be good for a party stuffed in an extra long sausage casing and then served as a conical volcano as a centre piece surrounded by other delicius BBQ snacks that Mr Chuds has done over the years. Like the poppers etc etc etc.
I think diced jalapeños stuff with the cheese would add a very spice to that appetizer!

I was wondering the same thing but maybe it’s cooking on the smoker then to be in the camera view, you need to place it on a metal plate on the cutting board to prevent burning the wood??

I just looked it up on his merchandise page. It's called a trivot. It prevents the wood block from burning. I think it's pretty cool.
He has said before that it’s a plain trivet. He gets the skillet hot on the burner then moves it to the trivet to film

I'm curious how your countertop setup works for heating up the pan. Is it an induction burner under the cutting board heating up the chud's ring, or something similar? If there is already another video on that, I've missed it. Great content, as always, sir!
He mentions it before. It's a trivet so the hot pan doesnt burn his cutting board. His burner is off cam and he heats it up there to sets the pan on the cutting board in front of the lens. He does this so he doesn't need to reset the camera during the cook

You should do a Tamale "casserole."
Make your own Tamales with smoked pork, one layer of Tamales, one layer of beans and cheese, tamales, beans and cheese, bake in the smoker until the top layer of cheese browns. Add the usual accoutrements once plated, sour cream, pico de gallo, chopped romaine and get after it.

Get a thick cut slice of the cheese stick it in the freezer for a bit than batter/fry it like a mozzarella stick, a few pepperonis, with a nice bread, and marinara!

You could also just use store bought mozzarella sticks and wrap them with meat. Definitely won't be as good as this though

Bradly, love the content, first time - long time. I've always been meaning to ask, how is that Chuds metal piece heating items on your board? I'm assuming you're heating the pan off camera and bringing the pan back in frame, off and on. Or not? WHAT AM I MISSING??? hahaha
He's admitted that he uses the propane stove on the end of his table to heat the pan, and use the metal trivet on camera.

1st I got to make the joke.
When they come off the smoker they look like a San Francisco Mr. Hankey.
2nd. Nice concept. I like the idea.
But 3rd is a suggestion and it may be a bad suggestion. What about some bread crumbs between the cheese and meat to help create a better bind and maybe 1 extra layer of sealing up the meatzarella sticks.
Lastly. Mozzarella is boring and that is why I make my own. God bless the basic cheeses so we can experiment and have a relatively quick self gratitude moment of trying if we make a success or failure.
