A very creative lady who is going on her own direction and doing thing her own way rather than going with the flow of other people who are harvesting bamboo shoots, corn, yams, oranges etc. and bring them to the market to sell. I have seen these activities almost every day, that bored me. Your eggplants are thriving, promising good result. Those rows of sweet potato don't seem to develop well, that's why you decided to level them out to make place for this wonderful idea of growing vegetable. Even in rainy season, if the level of water in the lake too high that floods that area, your vegetables are still pretty safe. I have some suggestions:
1. If you don't want to buy another pig bran pot with a lid, you can make a lit for the one big pan you are using now so you can save your cooking time and a lot of firewoods at the same time.
2. You should wear face mask when working in dusty environment and use thin nylon gloves to protect your hands from being callused when working continuously and regularly with farm tools.
3. Take care of yourself young lady.
Thanks for the tips, but your very good idea. I will try to improve my farm gradually. The sweet potato beds were destroyed by the chickens, so I decided to do this to avoid the chickens digging the vegetables.

@@freebushcraft6368 I live in Finland, where it's warm only for a few months a year, I collect berries, mushrooms and all nature's food for the winter. We hunt and fish so that there is enough food to last through the winter. (we also have shops where we get food), those of us who want to be self-sufficient do a lot of work throughout the year. In the summer, I grow salads, tomatoes, cucumbers and berries myself. I'm already looking forward to summer🌱🍎🍓🥒🥬☺
