So I did all of the above but the game still shows the error .
btw here are my specs:
Cpu: core i3 7th gen
Gpu : Intel HD graphics 620
Ram : 4gb
Can my pc handle the game

Yes somehow it will handle but may lag.. there may b a problem from game server end.. try again after sometime ..
