Kobe = Instinct/Skill/Talent Lebron = Talent/Athleticism/Size Kobe's combination of abilities are necessary to be at the top and remain at the top, I mean just look at the past greats. Many great scorers and players have come and gone through Kobe's career and lacked what he has. Not saying Lebron is bad cuz I'm not blind he is truly amazing but I dont see what separates him from Wade. Wade has the intangibles and skill that Lebron lacks. KB has clearly overcome the aging and loss of permanent athleticism b/c of the intangibles like skill and instinct etc. Instead of doing what he used to do which was get that first step and get to the lane and finish like in his younger days, he flat out schools players from everywhere on the court. LBJ hasn't shown me anything other than driving the lane & an imp. 3pter. Bottom line LBJ's game appeals to the casual b-ball fan, kB24's appeals the more in depth fan of the the game of basketball
