Logic Pro Tip - Low Latency Monitoring Mode

  • Here's how to make the Low Latency Mode button appear in Logic Pro using Customize Control Bar and Display. When recording a vocal or an instrument, latency refers to the time delay (sounds like an echo) that you hear between this recording then playing back from the hard drive and through monitors or headphones.

    Hi Roman, great video! I have a problem this doesn't have anything to do with the topic in this video but about recording vocals in logic. Every time I start a recording by pressing R and end a recording pressing R my 2 track audio instrumental sounds cut out for about a second or two and then continues. I can't fix the problem I have the record track record enabled and it still does this.

      Right on! I use R to start recording and spacebar to stop. If you try that it should work better.
